Pathetic Stay Please Avoid this hotel, In this lane you can get some better options too.

Very costly. A 5/5 non AC room costs around 1500 That too including with a very 2ft attached dirty bathroom with almost non working Taps inside. Rooms are dirty. Switch doesn't work. You have to carry your own battery backup for charging mobile. Staff are very good and that is the only +point.

Not a family hotel but a bloody brothel!! opposite to the airport. Our connecting flight was 7hrs away so thought of taking rest very close to airport. We called and reached the hotel but shocked to see group of suspicious looking girls (18-25yrs) are coming out with men. So I decided to keep my family down and went up to check the rooms. Rooms were smelly, dusty, torn bedsheets and pillow covers, floor was filled with match-sticks and cigarette buts. Toilets bowl had condoms floating! Immediately grabbed a taxi and came back to airport. So if u have connecting flight don't stay here, choose other hotels with Only good Google ratings or spend those 6-7 hrs inside airport, or site seeing but never to this nasty hotel!

Worst kind of a resting place that you could ever imagine. I was in for a shock when I went there with my parents because they were tired after a long flight and we had a lot of luggages. We thought we would book anyone of nearby guest house. But this was the worst Choice I ever made in my life. Interior was worse and even the water doesn't run in the toilet and AC didn't work for whole night though we paid extra for the AC.

The room is not clean & good. Washroom is not good Toilet flesh never working & Ac not working & in the room there have only one socket if u want to see the TV & charge the mobile you cannot it. WiFi is not working. They changed for room RS 1500. This is too much costly as per room condition.

I would like to travelling in Kolkata on 15th of this month (march) So I was searching hotels near the Kolkata airport coz of my flight will be reach at 10:15pm..... So when I was calling to hotel some of them one staff picked the phone when I was asking for "how many rooms do you have?". After this staff was telling me you need only one room so why you asking for that how many rooms we have?, then I said how do you know I need only one room? Even I need almost 8 rooms. Than he said ok talk to my manager even manager was disgusted..... very bad service, I will never recommend for stay there even one night....

Quiet a decent place with nearly clean room, bathrooms are not that great but it is clean and staffs are friendly with proper behaviour and couples are allowed. For an ac room for a couple it may cost around 1800 if you are a regular customer.
