Here is their modus operandi for scamming the customers, they will accept booking at the agoda/mmt etc prices but refuse to check you in if you don't pay the hotel some extra thousand bucks per night, at this point you won't get refund from the booking sites if you tried to cancel, so you're forced to pay them their extortion money rather than lose your entire booking amount. I hope my experience will save fellow tourists travellers from being scammed

Openly cheaters. Totally unprofessional and unprincipled people. They don't even bother about their agreement with OYO, about their reputation or about the guest's situation. They just need extra money over and above the booking amount which is simply a modified version of corruption. Recently I booked a room in this hotel through OYO app. The tariff shown on the app was around 800/-. But when I reached the hotel, the receptionist said that they won't give me a room at that price. They were asking me to pay a minimum of 1200/- per day. When I contacted OYO customer care, and the customer care talked with the receptionist, the same conversation was repeated. They replied to OYO care also that if I want room either I have to pay 1200/- or the OYO needs to pay 1200/- to the hotel. After more than half an hour of discussion the OYO care requested to go to another hotel nearby. For me it was quite embarrassing at night at 11:00 pm. I don't know why the OYO keeps arrangements with these kinds of unreliable hotels which don't even follow the basis charter. And nobody knows why there is no appropriate action on these kinds of hotels where the general public are being befooled.

they want price 1200 rs for non ac room and in oyo aap ist 700 and they want us to pay extra amount. after calling oyo coustmer care the lady refused to talk oyo and cut the wire of hotel telephone So oyo coustmer care can't call them. And the lady in the reception has such a arrogant and cheap nature she doesn't khow how to talk. i am with my family and she is misbehaving...

#worst Worst hotel ever i have seen. The staffs are such a cheap minded. No hospitality no respect for guests . Dont even know the basics of running the hotel. The hotel manager or the owner who ever he/she is should learn the basic manners and also should teach ur staff. Also its a invalid location /address with invalid photos. Stop fooling people around. There will be surely some rules and regulations while u own the franchise, adapt it or close ur hotel. This place is not meant to be hotel. Such a slum cheap staff. And now the respected owner you dont have to write a reply asking so meaningless apologies. I won't have given a single star also unfortunately my bad least is one star. Suggestion to the owner . Please close your hotel and stop spoiling OYO name by havin franchise. #OYO

The room size is adequate. But they were not at all clean. Their was a foul smell coming from the washrooms. The bedsheets had holes in it. The rooms were okayish in size but very much untidy. You cannot describe this place as a luxury place to live in. Their were only two people in the entire hotel. The room service is also poor.

They completely denied my stay at night 11 pm because they have some issues with OYO and they don't care what a person will go through, very unprofessional adamant behavior. They even didn't talked with customer care even after they called them and additional they ask irrelevant price without any justification. Think twice before booking at this hotel because they are there to cheat you

Worst hotel of all time they don't know how to behave with guests, they use slangs to describe their guests and the actual property looks like a slum. The hotel is so cheap that they charge extra money even after paying the full amount.

Outside food is not allowed. if you are vegitarian then you have limited options. Rooms time is not 24 hour check out. All types of amenities are chargeable
