Hotel Hazarduari Residency

My 2 night stay at Hazarduari Residency in Murshidabad was excellent. The manager & staff gave me very warm welcome, & made me feel very special. They even gave me a delicious cold drink on arrival, which I really appreciated after my train trip. The hotel is full of character & much effort has gone into making it look really nice. My room & bathroom were spacious & very clean, & included a couch, a coffee table, a place to put my bag, wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities, water & snacks. The hotel has a small & very nice eating area downstairs, but also has a full restaurant in the market, only a minute or two walk away, which has very professional staff & great food. The hotel is very well located within easy walking distance to the large Hazarduari Palace complex. Thanks particularly to the lovely staff at Hazarduari Residency for making my stay so lovely. Highly recommended!

The ambience and food was really nice..it was small but beautifully decorated

Stayed there for 23 to 25 Jan 25. Best in location, but staff to be changed...irresponsible staffs were there. The bath towel was not available on day 2, so I asked for the same but not provided. After a long struggle, the next day was only provided. Very poor management. The matter has been apprised. Toilet dirty and the waste pipe leaking and stinking. Informed the same, no solution.

Good hotel but some expenses ive at food price

Not visited for hotel my visit was for resturant. On the occasion of some business delegation meeting. Theme done on base of hazarduari place of murshidabad west bengal. Infrastructure design and arrangements of dining area are looked royal vintage and classy. But doesn't give feel like that palace. First serve by welcome drink shot which was superb. Copper wine glass and and other details are attractive. Soup must try one. Without even at last we got finger bowl.

Everything is good but there's a dog beware of it. Today the dog suddenly attack my friend and bites. This was bad experience

We ordered chicken biryani and special mutton biryani. It turned out to be excellent and first class. Also, you will feel the ambiance all around you. Loved it. Edit: We again went there today on the occasion of my birthday and but this time it was mutton special biryani and it was excellent. Keep it up Hazarduari restaurant staffs.
