Airport City Hotel

I only visited their banquet hall, which is in 2nd floor. It's quite spacious, well lit and has clean lavatories. Indeed it is a good venue to arrange a gathering.

Room which was given did not have intercom wifi did not work, proper password was not given. Till we checked out. Very poor service, Manger WAS DONT CARE MANGER WE CHECKEDIN ON 13.1.2025 at 8.30 pm. No courtesy for him to attend theissue while he was present and he was very rude people didn't have courtesy proper customers attention. Please don't choose. THEY ATTRACT.Receiption Sandeep was very good.

The hotel staff and especially the front desk staff/Manager are very impolite and they insulted guest in public. Never visit this hotel. Bad Food, Over priced, and irritating staff

Horrible experience, I don't recommend to anyone to visit here. Misbehaved by reception staff. It's just closer to airport and there is lot of stink just outside gate, carpets are not cleaned since long time.

One of the worst hotel in worst location. don't go by the name airport* it's far in road distance. The hotel receptionis is pure Namuna Out side food are not allowed, even can't bring samosa or pakora No Uber comes there, the hotel charged 350 rs for airport transfer in a maruti van

Airport City Hotel is a convenient option for those visiting Kolkata for a short trip or business tour, especially if you need to stay near the airport. Located just a 5-10 minute ride from the airport, the hotel offers good overall amenities, including 24-hour room service, a dining facility, and a bar where you can enjoy meals and drinks. The front desk staff is polite and supportive, enhancing the overall experience. However, during my stay, I encountered an issue with the AC, which was not working properly. The technician who attended to the issue mentioned that the AC console had problems and attempted to fix it by switching off the main supply. While this provided a temporary solution for 10-20 minutes, the problem persisted. The property could benefit from some maintenance, particularly regarding electrical wiring and AC systems. Despite this, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with essential amenities, making it a reasonable choice for short visits or business trips.

It was a wonderful stay. I would like to appreciate Mr Sanjib Ghosh who works as a Concierge there. He is an amazing person and is very humble and polite. He is very approachable and have a positive attitude towards the guest. His dedication towards his work is commendable.
