Its a really nice place to spend some quality time with your friends and family members....the property is well maintained and decorated. One can take a stroll along the property. The staff is well trained and polite. The food quality is also good. The ambience of the place is good.

We visited a resort today and went to the dining section. To our surprise, we were told that no matter what we order, we must spend at least 1200. We only wanted to order one or two items, but were forced to place a bigger order. They said, "This is how it works here, you should've known before coming." But how were we supposed to know? Expensive food isn't the problem -- the problem is not informing guests about such a mandatory rule beforehand. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional. We are giving a one-star review based on this experience.

Todays We visited this restaurant. This restaurant having new rules that was socked for us .fst u have to take lunch or dinner or food minimum 500 rupees then they will allow to entry of the inside. Good rooms and other facilities in the property. Very near to the NH bypass road, therefore not much traffic to reach the location. Availability of parking is a plus for people travelling by car. They have big enough banquets and a ground for hosting events.

I mainly choose this property on the way to siliguri as you won't have to deviate from the malda bypass much. It's a easy exit in the morning. This should be the 4th time that I am staying here. This winter 2024 I stayed here twice to and from siliguri. At the onwards journey to siliguri things were fine except a spider in the room (sorry don't have a picture of that). At the time of the return journey i was allotted room 118 on the first floor. Firstly room was way small than advertised. Secondly it seems the property with all its pomp and business has forgotten pest control as there was a spider walking around again (this time there is a picture). I had asked the lady at the reception for a change in room with a front view as usual but she responded that it's difficult as the business was good. I got a room with a limited view of a backyard garbage dump. The television is a kodak manufactured with lines on the screen just like our problematic led screens of contemporary mobile phones which no one seems to have noticed. So complete silent late evening. The cutains are unkept. Don't know where this ends...the property needs to pull up their pants.

The staff behaviour is worst specially the security . As we were having our dinner and all sudden they tell us to having our dinner quickly as they treat us like we don't have any value to them . The management should take strict action against them . They were in hurry to close the shop customer doesn't values to them.
