Ambuja Neotia Vista - Kolkata

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the infinity pool as well as their gym facility. The staff is what really made my experience a memorable one. I went for the lunch at the buffet and had the most wonderful waiter, Nitesh. Even though it was a buffet he brought many items to my table to try and explained each one and let me tell you the food was amazing! Full of flavor. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a nice and amazing experience in the restaurant Cafe Swiss. When we were having our dinner buffet, Monisha approached to us, asked our needs. And I just simply curious if they have any significant Indian dishes for buffet. She helped us to bring the dishes which we didn't see on the buffet display. After that she also kept checking if we need any helps after. She was so sweet and nice to us. Besides that, the chief Ananto heard that we wanted to try one of the Indian dish which they didn't serve on tonight's menu. He did extra miles to prepare for us. And even checked how we like the food and everything afterward. We had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very nice and in the good location, 15 mins to airport, right next to the shopping mall. All the hotel staffs were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I lovedddd this hotel. It was attached to the mall, which was very convenient. The security is exceptional. They check the trunk/boot of every car as you exit and enter. They also have you go through a metal detector and scan your bags. Every staff member was superrrrrrrr nice! From concierge to room service. I just loved it so much. The room was also very clean and beds were comfy. I ordered room service for the remaining days I was there. The veggie burger is soooooooo good! Make sure to order room service! I will be staying here again if I am ever in Kolkata again.

Outstanding staff! They make you feel very warm and welcome. The food at the dinner buffet is very nice and full of flavor. A young gentleman TJ offerened to prepare me some very nice traditional dishes. It was a very thoughtful gesture as I'm not familiar with the Indian cuisine. Would definitely be back.

Excellent service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Clean and warm ambience. We went for dinner in one of the restaurants in the hotel, Cafe Swiss, which is open 24/7. Food presentation was superb, tasty and varied. We were attended by one of the hostesses, her name is Monisha, who took good care of us and always made sure we had everything we need. She was also giving us good suggestions to try local foods and was very attentive and friendly. The sous chef, Ananto, also prepared for us butter chicken and came to the table to greet us and check if we liked the food. A very enjoyable evening indeed!

The staff at the hotel were warm and courteous. Since we checked in at 8 pm, we requested for a late check out the next day at 1pm which they gladly obliged and also upgraded our rooms , considering we had children. The cafe swiss had a great buffet which never left us wanting for anything with its multicuisine specialities. They also accomodated our requests for pizzas, pastas and chocolates which were not on the menu! All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

It was a very enjoyable experience. Especially the food! It tasted very good and made me fall in love with Indian cuisine. Besides, the food manager is soooo nice as well. He helped us with ordering. Cuz we've asked a lot of questions about the menu. But he answered each single one with patience and friendly smile. He's very nice. The next time when i come to Kolkata, I will come here and try other food which I don't have time to eat this time.
