The staff, particularly the receptionist, were unprofessional and unhelpful. When I arrived, I was greeted with indifference and a lack of courtesy. The receptionist seemed bothered by my questions and didn't offer any assistance. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. The overall experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service.

Services of the hotel is excellent but that of the water park needs a lot of improvement..

The facility, service and staff are very good. It was an excellent experience. Amit and Aatif were always there to look after and tend to all our queries. It was a great experience!!.

It's a nice place for a Day, you can enjoy your sunday with family and children. You can book space for your party Also.

Best for couple and family hangouts. Also great for destination wedding.
