Service and food are very good as your budget. Staffs are friendly with you and owner Mr Ambika Prasad is a very good person. Need any help any time call him. If he is busy, then he will call you back.

The Owner of the Hotel Mr. Ambika Prasad is a very irresponsible and fraud type of person, when the guests of the Hotel's calls him for any assistance or to discuss somting he Just dosent response on the calls, we called him repetatedly and finally he responded with the load of misbehavior, when the guest are in problem and seeking support of the owner he dosent bother to receive calls or assist the guests. We have Ever seen this kind of service owner who dosent bother about care and support to his guest's. Also he will describe about room rent on call a different price and at the time of checkout they will provide you a absolutely shocking and different bills to pay at billing and reception counter, if you would call the owner for the justification he will just argue with you and will make absconding himself so that the gust cannot call him or bother him further and can not expect any assistance and support from the owner side. Just expert to put you in danger and runaway behind of yours... Also you will not get any Tea, coffee, and breakfast, if you have lunch / Dinner outside of the hotel they will adjust the food cost along with your room tariff

Worst hotel in Nalhati, I will never recommend anybody to stay here. Initially the manager will qoute you less rent then at the time of checkout they will ask you to pay higher rent giving reason that they alotted you a better room and sited that you must have consulted the owner who don't stay their. Tv have free channels to watch, but they will charge you higher rent for paid channels. They don't mean their own words. Food is average. If you don't eat their, then they are going to balance it with your rent anyhow. They cheated me.If one really want to stay at Nalhati then search for Amrit Hotel which is nearer to station than this hotel and their hospitality is better too, a best option is to stay at Rampur Hat.

Rooms are to good and services 1st class... Verry well service.
