Purbasha Homestay

The room given to us was very spacious and comfortable. It was neat and clean. Added advantage is the proximity to Murshidabad Railway Station, it's walking distance and easy for us to manage the commute with a 1 year old kid. Some minor checks would improve the overall experience as installing a cupboard with mirror, a facility of geyser (which the owner would be installing), a curtain between the hall and staircase to provide a sense of privacy (as both the rooms to be given to one family). My overall experience was positive with the owner also helping to get contacts for nearby food supplier and Toto for commute.

The place by itself is gorgeous. The rooms are well kept in accordance with the environment. . Location is very well connected by every transportation..The main building is beautiful as well ..The hosts are extremely sweet and helpful and really at their service with a smile all the time..However, they are more tuned to run the place as a homestay, it was a home for me away from home with my family for 3 days..

My recent week-long homestay with the Purbasha Homestay in the Murshidabad was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt like a part of family.Host was incredibly warm and welcoming. We never felt that we were staying in homestay, it seems like another home to us.Kudos to the owner.

It's a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Jayanta babu).Jayanta babu was extremely friendly and good mannered person. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience I would highly recommend this Homestay and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Hidden gem in Murshidabad. No bed bugs, no cockroaches, no lizards. Hot water provided and you will be living with glittery eyed guy who is ready to help. Avoid hotels and start living in Airbnb. I loved the place.

The place is a beauty in itself. Our all girls trip became a memorable one because of this place. Safety was a concern for us but now I can say this place is the safest for girls.
