I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palace View, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's ambiance, facilities, and overall service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hotel Palace View to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Food: For my main course, I opted for the Chicken Biryani, The chicken was tender, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the spices were expertly blended. offering a variety of flavourful dishes. Ambiance: The restaurant's decor is simple yet elegant, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lighting is soft, and the music is subtly in the background, creating a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. Service: The staff was attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were knowledgeable about the menu . Recommendation: I highly recommend hotel palace view to anyone for an authentic and delicious food experience in Murshidabad. I'll definitely be returning for another visit soon

Recently I had visited Hotel Palace View in Murshidabad , and it was truly a moderate experience. The hotel's location is really good and the interior decorations and the ambiance was also good. The staff at Palace View were helpful but quite unaware about the basic table manners and service. The food served at the restaurant was moderate to good but they were offering a variety of cuisines. Overall, I recommend this hotel but not highly.

I didn't like the food at all. I had ordered a plate of mutton biryani, but it didn't taste fresh -- . You can even understand the food quality just by looking at the pictures. The staff behavior was also disappointing. Even after sitting for a long time, nobody brought the menu unless repeatedly called. Overall, my experience was not good at all.

Hotel Palace View in Murshidabad exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect--just a short walk from the historic Hazarduari Palace. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-furnished with all modern amenities. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The hotel's calm ambiance and beautiful view made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Murshidabad--definitely a top choice! It is more than expected in Lalbagh, Murshidabad

Pulled up to Hotel Palace View, and damn, the vibes? Immaculate. The atmosphere is straight out of a Pinterest board--so aesthetic and cozy. Perfect spot to chill and eat. 10/10 would go again!

10 minutes from Murshidabad Station, and almost 200 metres from Hazarduari Main Entance, perhaps one of the best Hotel in Lalbagh, nicest rooms, comfortable beds, and all room with card locking system, makes it safe and secure. They started with 15 rooms and a restaurant, food, I must say best in this area and even if you compare with any kolkata restaurant, is good. Hotel provides basic amenities and looking forward to their, roof top restaurant (which I was told to be open by Mid April). Definitely recommended, and wish them good.

Service are staff behaviour are indeed excellent. We booked 7 rooms there and everyone is satisfied with the hospitality. Food is also very good.
