Hotel New Heaven

Hotel room was too much dirty and no room cleaning service. They are providing rags instead of blankets. For our six people's only 2 rags provided. AC's pipe was leaked and water was coming inside the room. The basic amenities in the rooms were not provided. There was no tv in the room. The only positive point for this hotel is it is very near to station. In bathroom water drainage system was not working. It was taking 20 to 25 minutes to clear the water in bath floor. Horrible experience!!!

Is this hotel safe for boyfriend and girlfriend private time spent

The hotel was okayish not very good.I am highlighting the reasons below: a)Basic needs such as Towel,soap, shampoos, blankets were not provided. b) Wifi is not good. c) Water is leaking from Ac pipes. d) Rooms were not cleaned.Some used underwears(not ours) were lying in the bed. e) Dim light is not there. f) Television was also not there. Only good thing about the hotel is Ac is working properly and distance of hotel from Murshidabad station is near.

Worst place I have ever visited...they don't have the basic sense and they don't know how to deal with customers..basic amenities were not provided bad smell from the bathroom... dirty and torn bed sheets... Geyser was not working...they don't even care about these problems...more over their discriminatory attitudes towards women..we were three women to visit mursidabad in a group of 6.. they were constantly indicating that women are not supposed to make a trip and all.. worst place...the rating should be in the negative side

Good hotel at cheap to moderate price range near the Murshidabad Railway Station. . But the toilets and rooms lack cleanliness.I think the staffs should focus on these to improve the condition. . Rooms are small but have enough space to move around. Unlike many other hotels,staffs are available 24 hours.

Location is awsm- just beside station. Staff behavior is very good. 1st we hv taken a room of 600 rs. But that room was very undity with no cupboard or chair to keep our belongings. No place to hang wet clothes. But the staff was very very good. He shifted me in another room with attached balcony with same rate. That room was very nice. We were happy.

Worst investing........ geyser was not working ,actual price of the room was 850 but as we booked by calling before coming they charged 1200, not well maintained. Mattress were not proper.but bathroom was very better than the room. ..... ..... Please dnt invest
