It is on reply what you said...It is not about 130 people it is about basic management things...while you are serving food you are giving only one 2 lit bottle to each table, not even think to provide glasses, like how a kid drink with that big bottle? Forgot about kid why 4 people will adjust with only one bottle? And food quality also coming under contract? Hahaha lol.. we are doing this kind of trip more than 15 years,we stayed a lot in this type of hotel and trust me you have the worst. The money you charged ( don't wanna disclose) is pretty good to serve well considering your side also.

One of the best couple friendly hotels of the town. The staffs were very professional and well behaved, rooms were neat and clean, everything was properly sanitized. Pros: 1. Budget & Couple Friendly at very Reasonable Price. 2. Rooms are mostly available, you can book directly from the reception. 3. Rooms are big & beautifully decorated. Non-AC Rooms also come with Mood Lights, Attached Western Style Bathroom, Dedicated Sink, Waste Bin, Tea Table, Water Geyser, LED TV, Wardrove, Chair. 4. All the rooms has their dedicated balcony. 5. Smoking Allowed inside the rooms. 6. Great Customer Service & Helpful Staffs. 7. Hassle free Check-In and Check-out. Cons: 1. If there would be a dedicated Restaurant inside the Hotel, that would have been a cherry on the cake. Your food orders are arranged from the outside. Much Recommended Place for Unmarried Couples out there!

Service is very poor. Food quality and menu combination is also worse. But it is very expensive based on their services, which they are providing. Management is not a least of professional.

I would genuinely say that...my experience in the hotel is just awesome..the members of the hotel like "Rupam da","Raju da" and "Masadul da" was very kind and very helpful.. I'd say that..I will visit the hotel again and again... Thank you @Hotel Eternal...
