Friend Hotel

I am writing this review sitting in the hotel room only, we have booked three rooms(2 Non AC & 1 AC) among which 1 room has not been given while checking in and when given it was not well checked. After getting shifted to this room it was found that the bathroom attached has no lock, the Comod shower was broken, the balcony door doesn't lock and several others. Yes, it may astonish you but that's the reality. More surprisingly when it was brought into notice of the manager he is asking to adjust and pointing why didn't we inform this earlier to them? The overall experience is not soothing and I won't recommend it at all.

Friend Hotel in Murshidabad is a budget-friendly restaurant located right in front of Hazarduari Palace. It offers great food at very low prices, with generous portions--extra rice or daal is provided on request. The staff is well-behaved, and the ambiance is simple yet welcoming. A must-try is their Mishti Doi, which is delicious. A great spot for a satisfying meal!

"Exceptional Service and Delicious Food at Friend Hotel, Murshidabad!" During our visit to the beautiful tourist places of Murshidabad, we had lunch at Friend Hotel near Hazarduari Palace. I must say, it was an excellent experience! The staff's behavior was exceptionally polite and welcoming, especially one staff member whose picture I managed to take (though, unfortunately, I forgot his name). He made the experience even more memorable with his outstanding service. The food quality was fantastic, with a wide variety of items available. The prices were very reasonable, and they served multiple times without any extra charges, which is rare and very much appreciated. Though I didn't stay at the hotel, I can confidently recommend it for both food and lodging, given their excellent service and hospitality. Friend Hotel is definitely worth considering for anyone visiting Murshidabad, whether for a meal or a longer stay. Highly recommended!...

Very bad place this hotel didn't paid our money back , we booked the room for two days but at night a girl came and this hotel is family hotel but...the other day we checked out and they took the money in advance for two days and after check out after one day they didn't gave the money back instead they abused and misbehaved with my mom and grandma, very very bad hotel please don't visit this place again ban friends hotel

The Hotel is Decent. Food Quality is Very Good. The Room Rent is very High depending on the Room Quality. This is Very Costly. This Hotel is not for Budget Friendly Peoples. Any Time Check-in is here but the Check-out Time is 9 AM. They Didn't Provide any Consideration on the Check Out Time.

I highly not recommend the hotel, because their all over service is very bad and their know only money.

Worst. Scammer. They make us park cars in the hotel premises. And then they can't provide food in the evening. They charge money for parking without any prior intimation. Can't provide food in the evening. And then they charge money for parking. Strange. We told them that we won't have food in the lunch time. We told them that we would have food in the evening. They told us that they can provide us food in the evening. That's why we parked our car there. They charged parking fee because we did not eat food there . Why we couldn't eat food there? Because they have no food in the evening. They are scammers. Parking is available in the tourist location. And here we had to park in the hotel and go to tourist spots in horse carts against our wishes. Beware of scammer. Avoid this hotel for food or parking. All tourist spots have parking spots. Don't get fooled.

Location is perfect as one can see hajar dwari from the balcony of the room. Also all facilities are there AC or non AC . With big rooms. Makes it a perfect place for tourist
