The hotel charges 30 for a 20 Kinley water bottle and strictly enforces a policy against outside food, frequently reminding guests of this rule. The reception staff is notably rude and unprofessional, frequently reiterating the no outside food policy in an unpleasant manner. Additionally, the hotel's food offerings are overpriced. For a more peaceful experience, it is advisable to seek accommodation elsewhere. The rooms on top of that are made for ants maybe , room size is not accurate as shown in hotel pictures , don't stay here .

Worst hotel... I will not recommend any one to stay here. First time I have experienced this pathetic services from OYO. OYO team please cancel this hotel. They don't change the bedsheet and towel also they don't provide a bottle of water in room. OYO team please visit and experience your stay for two nights

The hotel receptionist's behaviour was very rude. Me being someone who visited Kolkata for the very first time searched for restaurants near me in Google. All of the restaurants were 1.5km, 2km away from the hotel and the food in their menu didn't suit my taste buds at all. So I ordered via Zomato but they did not allow me to have my food in my room and also the receptionist started throwing tantrums.

I recently stayed at Orchid Residency, a hotel near Spdepur Rail Station, and I must say, the service was outstanding. The receptionist was a true gentleman and showed great respect. The room, while on the smaller side, was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the fact that our privacy was never disturbed. The bathroom was also spotless. All in all, it's definitely one of the best places for couples.

Me and my mother checked in this hotel as I am a doctor by profession and had some work in the panihati general hospital and we booked online after we saw the room they are providing we didn't opt for it and chose a new room from them but they didn't ask to cancel the online booking and we paid the advance for two nights, the next morning this man whose pic I'm showing told that we need to lay 1000 more because of the online booking and gave us vague excuses about the online policy so we paid 1000+3000(for two nights) so 4000 rs was burgled from us and we stayed in the hotel for less than a day, the owner the staff all are very rude and goon-like, me and my mother both were very terrified as this man in the photo and the woman tried to beat us, we begged for mercy and left. I would request the local police to enquire about the authenticity of this hotel. WORST!!

Absolutely pathetic experience. Don't get fooled by the pics which was provided in Oyo website. The rooms you will get will be much smaller than the pics which are provided online. Outside food was not allowed into the rooms and the items which are available in their restaurant are expensive. Nearby there are very few options available for food. I have booked the rooms two times from 28 to 30 apr then from 30 apr to 2 may. On the 30th the owner of the hotel asked for a positive review of their hotel otherwise they won't give rechecking in the rooms that's what he said. The reviews which are provided in the Oyo app are totally fake. Those reviews are provided by couples who come only on an hourly basis.

It's not good family stay the service is very poor. They don't know how to give service to the customers. Bathrooms are not clean.

Do you want to get ignored by the hotel after you arrive at midnight? Do you want to get stranded on the side of the street at night after you made online booking and told them about the late arrive? Look no further, this is the place the can completely screw you over. Fortunately there's couple more hotels nearby but this atrocious experience nevertheless. Do not recommend unless they can actually start to communicate.
