They open a bar after that . The hotel is no more familiar. If you looking for good atmosphere safe room thn don't come . Very vulgar poor experience. I feel very uncomfortable . Whole night prostituted loud music and shouting disgusting. And most they have manue but no food available. For me 0

AVERAGE First of all, phone call booking system is a hassle. Much walking from Kalyani more. Area is not so friendly especially at night. prices are not set, booking time rate told was different than checkin time, asked for more. Room was clean and all but not too big for 1800/- TV broke. Drinks are expensive even water, food avg proce with avg taste. NO disturbance during stay. Overall Average.

The experience at Hotel Silver Orchid was truly memorable. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel deserved a zero rating, but we are unable to choose that option here. I had made a reservation through OYO, and the price was listed as $1400. However, when I arrived at the hotel (Pritam), the staff demanded 2000 rupees to cover the bill because I was travelling with family. I was also forced to cancel my reservation from OYO because "Hotel Silver Orchid" is not affiliated with OYO, and by asking to make a manual booking, they were essentially trying to avoid OYO altogether in order to take my money in full. and I had to pay a penalty to OYO for cancelling at the last minute. I then placed an order for Red Bull for 125 rupees and a standard water order for 20 rupees, but the unfriendly staff asked me to pay 180 rupees for redbull and 35 rupees for water. I can understand that the hotel may charge more for redbull, but according to government regulation, they are not allowed to charge more for water than the extra MRP. Nevertheless, they demanded payment under duress, and I complied. Before making a reservation, please consider carefully. These men are con artists, and many internal events have occurred that I am unable to describe here.

Service is lacking a bit. The basic things like changing bedsheets and all should be done before the customer complains. May you improve this customer service. The room was nice, the view is good.

We booked the hotel from Agoda, paid the full amount while booking (Booking ID-821789465) via agoda, by while making check in the Hotel reception denied to give room at the desired price as per booking, they said room is not available, and we can book another room by paying extra amount, Behavior of the reception was utterly rude and non co operative... When we asked that how our booked room ( for which we already paid) is not avaible in the desired date,they said kindly ask ur booking website about this, they are not liable to give answer as they dont have any tie up with any booking app(OYO/ agoda whatever). Although the at the top of the hotel the brand name of OYO was given clearly and branded in the hotel logo... This hotel is basically wasting the brand repuratation of OYO and harrassing people and making buisness unathecally... I request to all the review reader kindly not to book this hotel by any chance... Guyser, lift no facilty was also available in the hotel as per website commitment. Moreover the reception Guy misbehaved with almost every GUY by charging extra amount in food bill which we saw... Would request the GVT administrarion/ OYO/Agoda/all booking app to take necessary action please...
