The Mulbandh Resort

I would like to thank all the staff of Mulbandh Resort for providing excellent services to me and my family members. I too had doubts about the resort after seeing the reviews but there is nothing like that. All the staff working there are good, you just have to be patient, they will provide you all the facilities. Mr. Santu cooperated and helped a lot. We had a wonderful time. Thank you

Amazing place for a group of people to visit and make a great night . Rooms and pools are worth it. We stayed for a night and made most enjoyable memories!

Visited this place this weekend and the experience was disappointing, to say the least. From the moment we entered the gates, we were met with unpleasant behaviour from the staff. How can they say that they are a 'resort', when they fail to provide for 30 guests adequately? The food wasn't sufficient, and we were told in the evening that they had no snacks available except finger chips as the kitchen was closing. Mind you, it was only 8.30pm. They said they were bringing out the dinner we ordered, but they did not bring the full order even and left out on certain items. The staff deserted the resort after they brought the dinner, so what about our safety? What if it wasn't a large group but maybe just 2-3 people? Furthermore, the cherry on the cake- no current in the whole resort from 11pm to 9am. Thank god it was a rainy day or else we would have all suffered a lot worse than we already did. The staff was rude and had permanent scowls on their faces. The only saviour was the scenic beauty of the place and the swimming pool. But even for these, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was a bit apprehensive about our stay on 14th and 15th of this month at Mulbandh after reading some reviews,but I found that most of the reviewers have overreacted ! Mulbandh is a serene farmstay with all basic amenities for people who want peace and relaxation and possibly tourists who wanted exotic food,carpeted rooms and room boys at their back and call were disappointed. Some of us forget that good behavior brings forth good behavior. Given the charges they take for food and stay,Mulbandh is all O.K. I felt very happy. Amitabha Chakrabarty.

I am going there for a event program so I can't say about room, service anything else. But its decoration is nice to see.

This location is only safe and enjoyable for large groups. Otherwise, it's best to avoid it. The place itself is serene and has natural beauty. However, the service provided by the management is terrible. They are rude and unhelpful, especially during the night. Additionally, there was no electricity from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am during my stay. Their food quality is also low standard. And they will not provide sufficient food, so be attentive to how many plates are provided. Their lack of cooperation seriously affected my experience despite the place's beauty.

Uff I have never spent such a holiday like here... couldn't believe that the gem was in kharagpur
