No service, Receptionisit not avaialable in morning. Breakfast start after 08:30 a.m. Wifi service and tv not working if you complain then say we will check after 1 days still no one check the same.

Very bad service. Took a room but they didn't give blanket and pillow. Even very bad complementary food (only bread with jam). No other option is given. Overall it is not worth spending money for this kind of services.

The Hotel looks brilliant and New from Outside but our room (non ac double bed room) was very dirty and old. Very very small room with all the walls are full off stains. Moreover, there is no charging point to charge my mobile/laptop too.||No dustbin in the toilets.||||Bad stay..please don't go for it..or choose different rooms..go for offline booking..check rooms then pay.

We took a upgrade .! Excellent Room .! Excellent hospitality .! Superb Breakfast and very comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay .! Excellent location because it is right next to City Centre 2 Mall. Food is awesome. Potato Rosti is must try. Great Service.

Reached Kolkata at 10 pm from Hyderabad and needed to go to Guwahati early morning at 5 am. Was recommended overnight stay at Golden Inn by a friend in Kolkata. Booked a room over phone. It took 20 minutes to get from the airport by pre-paid taxi cost Rs. 130. ||||The room was neat and preferred food in the room, which was typical rice & fish. Could rest well, and hotel arranged for Airport drop on payment.||||Overall a good place to sleepover to catch the morning flight. But be prepared for the music of the Dance Bar that closes only at midnight.

The hotel is good and is situated on the durgapur expressway and is very near the toll plaza for Dankuni. Rooms are spacious and decent enough. They have their own lawn for outdoor events as well.

I visited this place to attend a marriage function. That means I only checked the park area. But it was a nice arrangement. To reach this place from kolkata, one has to go through Bally toll on GT road and reach Coal Complex Dankuni on the left service road. The google maps took us to a village 3 km away(22 nov 2021). So, don't trust it and ask some traffic police or person.

Budgeted hotel to stay, though its far from airport, also its in hooghly district, but i liked it considering place and outside kolkata, rooms are ok type, transport are easily found. employee are good
