Awesome... I am 100% satisfied. All staff are very polite, humble, cooperative. All types of food are very tasty . Cleanliness is wonderful. The Owner have own car service. He is an Army person and very smart and gentlemen and She's wife are also very helpful. I prefer all to visit this hotel .

Disappointing Experience - Hidden Charges for Basic Facility! I had a very unpleasant experience at Pradhan Hotel recently. They charged 20 per person just to use their toilet, which was completely unexpected and nowhere mentioned beforehand -- no signboard, no notice, nothing. This feels like a clear case of taking advantage of visitors. Basic facilities like restrooms should either be free for customers or clearly marked with charges if applicable. Charging for such a necessity without any prior information is unprofessional and shows a lack of basic customer consideration. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Transparency and decency are clearly missing here.
