Overall, Hotel Residency provides good value for money with its comfortable accommodations and excellent service. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Located very close to Mirik Lake. Krishnanagar taxi stand 3 min walk. Mirik lakeside market 4 min walk. Rooms are medium in size with queen size bed and good linen. Provided with sofa and tea table. Mirror and luggage space but no wardrobe. Toilet is fitted with geyser. For food, they have a large restaurant called Gorkha Cafe just opposite to their reception. However room service is available.

The place is great and I very close to mirik lake I have stayed here for 2 nights the staff were so good and well mannered. Fooding is also available here for a reasonable price.

Worst hotel. Went in May 2023 Super arrogant manager. Unclean bedsheets. See-through curtains. Geysers don't work. Unclean bathroom and flush doesn't work. Upon asking manager, he says you have to adjust. Worst food ..

Nice hotel located just beside the Mirik lake, staff is courteous and very friendly, they take care of all the requests like type of food, timings, vehicle arrangements etc, service was efficient, rooms were clean, food was good, overall nice place to stay, hotel even has a soon to be operating cafeteria , I recommend it to everybody visiting Mirik.

Nice Location, Comfortable and spacious rooms with Geyser, Balcony present. Full safe for Family. Food nice & tasty but a bit costly.Proprietor & all staff very nice & well behaved except the Manager who is arrogant & have no communication with guests not suitable for this hotel.

It was not good but i was not comfortable with the rooms provided. It did not had a Tv which wasn't really expected. Room has 1 cupboard, 3 beds, 1 Washroom (Including Geyser), 1 medium size window and 1 mirror. Hotel has a WiFi Router which was 20 MBPS but due to the location of the hotel the data was not good and their was even days where we cannot access Internet. I even attached some pictures. I suggest you to visit Hotel Blue Lagoon during Summer Holidays.
