Rooms have a peculiar smell. Bathroom is clean but the toilet seat is broken. Overall there is poor maintenance of rooms and bathrooms. But the staff are good and the service is okay. The food is mediocre in taste. The location is good.

Fairly large, but the main point is the location of the hotel. It's in the heart of the town.

The service of this hotel is very much poor now a days. Earlier I have stay there 3 to 4 times but in last August month while I check in and room provided me a single bed but I booked double bed the blankets smelling like hell also the rooms and not clean properly dark circles in the celling. Also the dinner provided thali meal chicken was smelling. When I complain in the morning they shifted my room . As I know thali meals meet unlimited but they have a concept of fixed quantity of rice and which is pretty less and he have to pay for extra rice. In the morning Bed tea when I told them at least one biscuit you can provide for one biscuit they have charged. Also they doesn't provide any saving ki dental kit but in the same price others Hotel provide the kit. So the conclusion is there is a lot of hotel in this area once upon a time this hotel was very famous but due to non maintenance this condition of this hotel is very bad it depends on your luck how they will treat you like king or like swiper

Room quality not upto mark. Bathroom drainage bad.

Good- The rooms were good, they were also very cheap compared to the quality. Service was not bad. I loved the location because it was very close to Midnapore Railway Station.The staff were well behaving and polite. Bad- There were termites in my room and the toilet was not fresh.

Very bad and worst experience ever seen in any restaurant. There is no ambience. There is no Interior design in the restaurant and inside the restaurant there is lizard on the wall. And the food quality is too bad. We ordered food, after coming food we got stale food and rotten food. We didn't expect this from Midnapore's famous restaurant. After it tasted we left the food and came back.

Good hotel for stay but needs some maintenance, specially change of linen which are become very old also bathrooms are to be modified. However, hot water is available. Dining hall and staff are very cooperative and preparation of food is very delicious.
