Nice to have such a hotel in Medinipur Town. Well maintained and Well managed services.

Great service and hospitality. Polite communication. Staff are well trained and excellent behavior.

Reception doesn't have any basic facility for people to sit. It's dirty and staffs are completely ignorant. Regarding rooms, we paid 2800 for a 3-bed ac room which is overpriced considering the facilities and other hotels. Room was decently clean but too old appliances, walls and floors look stinky. Behavior from all the hotel staffs are extremely bad in any kind of situation. Worse part is they don't even care as if they're doing some charity. My friends were totally disappointed and disgusted by the behavior. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody even if it's free. It deserves 0 star at best.

Located at the heart of Midnapore town, this is an affordable & couple-friendly hotel. With its neat & clean well-maintained rooms, the food served here is simply divine. Everyone in the hotel were very hospitable.

Pros - 1. Location is good 2. Food was awesome 3. Staff is very polite and friendly 4. I have checked-in at 1 am which is very impressive. Cons - 1. Price was very high, non- Ac room for 1200 /- 2. Rooms are in very poor condition. 3. Food price is lil bit high. 4. The fan was pathetic didn't got any wind from it. 5. Bathroom was dirty.

This is one of the best hotel near Medinipur railway station... Budget is little bit high...but service is good... lift facility available... Inside the hotel there is resturant... Food price is little bit high with high quality food.... Overall good Hotel with good location.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Hotel authority was really helpful. But the price is little high. Actually it is the main problem for common customer. Otherwise everything is fine. It is located near "Rangamati Over bridge" (Behind ORBIT Hotel).

Sorry ,i am not prefer you to go....! Because Receptionists don't have any knowledge about how to treat and behave with their the customer.and staff are wearing very dirty dancing and they also ignored the customers to take any order Regarding room's. ... It is very costly as compared to the room because it is very bad Walls are roughly and colour had fade and there is no maintenance of the room as well as bathroom is in very worst condition So for this there is no stars . thank you....
