SPOT ON 65308 Tirtharaj Guest House

Old fashioned rooms. Very dirty toilet, rooms.Smelly bedsheets and pillow covers. There is a TV in every room which is without connection. Poor service. Bad behaviour of staffs. Cost is too high.

I booked this hotel under Yatra Dham Management.Starting from the lobby, staircase,room, bathroom everything is very very dirty and filthy smell all over. I have paid around Rs.4000 for this room for 2 days. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and no towels available in the room .Worst possible experience ever. It's my humble request to everyone please don't book room under Yatra Dham Management, they are the big cheaters in religion business. May God bless all this Cheaters.

Very bad experience with dirty room and bery dirty accommodation. I just beg you not to stay their. Very rudely behavior staff. They pressure me to pay rent at night. Tv have without connection. Dirty bed. Toilet without lock. Just horrible

Please don't come, here your vacation will be spoil. Condition of bathrooms as well as rooms are very bad. The manager of the hotel abuses a staf of hotel in front of me.

I am a genuine reviewer of Google map so guys honestly tell you don't go for the room .. the manager or owner abuses the girl and says stay with him is just wrost experience. In my life khanki

Worst possible experience so far.!! They charged us 1500 per room and gave us the shabbiest and dirtiest rooms.. actually that's all they have.. all there rooms are dirty shabby.. even lobby staircase reception everything seems very dirty.. they don't even provide bed, they have mattress on some slab.. with dirty bedsheets. Switches, fab regulators doesn't work. No soap stand in washroom.. tv looks scary. Mirror is broken!!! Give a complete negative vibe..!!! One of my worst possible stays till now.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Too dirty. Nothing is working. Never trouble your soul coming here.

it's very bad experience... First offall Tirtharaj Guest House doesn't take prepaid bookings.... i paid full amountfor 2 night by online via oyo app.. at the time night 9.30pm we r reach the place (already we r paid that day also) in hotel lobby i call the manager and i show my booking ID.. THE HOTEL manager directly infuse and denied me, and ask me, we r don't take any prepaid booking. i am totally shocked... and i said why... The hotel manager told me that the reason is OYO SPOT ON LAST ONE YEAR don't given tham any amount...the amount due almost (1 lacks) bye the time i call OYO helpline and my call picked up ms SONIA she is told me (sir i am extremely sorry about the inconvenience, OYO senior person is not available right now. we call back again tomorrow at 9am.) it's a joking.. still my problem is not solved... at the time now 19.24... still i am not received my refund request... and no body call me from OYO.. really it is very bad experience...
