SPOT ON 49451 New Bishnupriya Hotel

It was most worst experiance for staying two night with my family in New Bishnupriya Hotel and Lodge in mayapur. When we check in in the hotel room we noticed that a water tap is loos in bathroom, my mrs informed about it to the manager they do not take any step to repair it. After two days at the time of check out they blamed us and ultimately i was paid extra for this tap. The room was too much durty, window lock was broken, electricity problem was also there. They charge extra amount for geyser but when i was need hot water i dot get the service due to power failure and they have no other option for this problem. Behaviour of hotel staff is very disappointing.

At first I was quite skeptical, beacuse the reception itself seeks shady.. but the rooms were quite clean and spacious.. after roaming around the place, it looked to be the best choice.. other hotel rooms seem hella shady and dirty from its outside only.. this hotel is located at a perfect place too. Just at hulor ghat! So, pretty good..

Hotel is just next to the Mayapur Ghat and near to Ramkrishna Mission. It is quite good but need more cleanliness and also required good service. I will suggest it if you want very low budget hotel just to stay overnight. You can book it on SPOT ON.

Power cut at night while going to bed and in the morning while bathing, there were no source of light in the bathroom that time and had to bath anyhow and come out. Too much insects were there in the room along with lizard . Before I never thought of a oyo room like this.

i want to give it a 0 star..located at a very busy place the place has nothing to be cheered..the rooms looks shaddy..bad smell in all over the room..no lock in bathroom..no ventilator in the room even the bathroom.the comod was broken..bed was not clean..even the room has no lock.we asked then they provided a mini lock..even they charged rs 50 extra as of service charge..

Don't booking this hotel ,all room darty bad smell found in rooms guysire not working poor customer service chitting business mind.

Just dont book this hotel. They are fraud.
