OYO 70781 Suvam Lodge And Hotel

I had a terrible experience here. We stayed here for 2 days after Durga Puja 2023 and had booked 3 rooms for 6 members 6 weeks in advance via MakeMyTrip. Upon arrival we were told that rooms are not available. After showing them the booking recipts we were given 3 rooms which were extremely small (8x8) with no windows. The rooms were dirty, there was a pileup of trash behind the bed. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty. In Makemytrip, we are advertised amenities like Tv, WiFi, Hot Water but none were present. Upon complaint the manager said we will not get such amenities anywhere in Mayapur!!

Not at all good service..Rooms not clean.. Somehow managed to spend one night only
