MAYAPUR PALACE

I am absolutely livid about my experience with this hotel booking in Mayapur. It was an utter disaster from start to finish. First of all, let's talk about the lack of electricity. Are we living in the stone age? I paid good money for a hotel room, not a camping trip in the wilderness! And to add insult to injury, there were no bathrooms! How on earth is a hotel supposed to function without basic amenities? And let's not forget about the so-called "lift" that could barely fit a couple of ants, let alone guests with luggage. It was like being trapped in a claustrophobic nightmare every time I had to use it. And don't even get me started on the frequent power cuts! It's like they couldn't be bothered to invest in a generator or something. And as if all of that wasn't bad enough, there was absolutely no parking space available. I had to circle the block for hours just to find a spot, only to be greeted by rude behavior from the staff when I finally checked in. They acted like it was my fault that their hotel was a complete disaster!

Very unclean hotel. Hotel's walk distance from main temple around 15 mints. Staff behaviour very very rudely not cooperative with guest. Lift not working. He told me provide room on 3rd floor. But gave 7th floor and lift not working. Very very suffered and harassment by that people. old age person face very problems. Just like a fraud.

Mayapur palace is very convenient place to stay in Mayapur. All rooms are brand new and very clean very safe with the view of all Mayapur. Management people are very kind and helpful. This place 10/10 whenever I will visit Mayapur dham this my place to go. I recommend this place.
