Most disappointed with the service. They doesn't even provide the basic kit(Soap, towels etc..). Very much unprofessional doesn't even provide any money receipt. We had to ask for a blanket and then it's provded. They doesn't even care to share any visting card of the hotel. By oversight we left a T- shirt the there and after coming back home we found their phone number on Google and ask them about the same. Their reply was "we found the t-shirt and threw it to the dustbin". Doesn't even know the minimum customer service. Whereas at the time of check-in they have collected all the details including phone number but doesn't even bother to call us to give that info. The rooms are very small(Though we had to stay as we had no other options left at that point of time) I have given 5 star to the location as the hotel is situated exactly in front of the gate of Iskon temple of Mayapur. Very very bad hotel. Small size room. There is no facility of water, soap, towel. Even they demands extra charges for AC and water heater. Please dont book this hotel online or offline. They charged 2000/- for small room also. Behavior also very bad.

1. Room ok 2. Bathroom not cleaned and the mosquitoes every were in the bathroom, bucket and mug so dirty. 3. No dustbin, no tawol 4. No provide any water bottle no soap.

Owner is decent, jentle, compare with other hotels between this place

Terrible experience at Hotel PORAMA. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the rooms were dirty, and basic amenities were missing. Extremely disappointed with the service and management's lack of concern for guest issues. Would not recommend staying here ....

Very bad experience in this hotel. Actually this place is lodge not a hotel. Hotel owner doesn't use billing facilities, they use a card for billing. Very dirty bathroom, water drops the ceiling and all walls are black spots. Bedroom is very small and price 800 for one day. No room service available and the beaver are not good . Bedsheets are bad smell , no ceiling fan only stand fan. Spider, cockroch , small flaying insects , mosquito available this room. Over night i can't sleep on this bed . They cannot provide any mosquito oil or stick , when I told told this items then they told me purchase mosquito stick at own cost

Room is not comfortable. Bed & bathroom condition so chief quality. Mainly there staff behaviour so aggressive & unhelpful. There's per night price is so high. * Location is verry good just opposite of fast gate

This place is opposite of the iskcon temple gate no 1.the room was not good and behaviour of the stuff is not good
