SPOT ON 45976 Renaissance Guest House

My experience was very similar to what others have mentioned here and that - it was pathetic. The moment I entered, the premises smelled so foul, I can vouch some illegal activities are going inside closed doors. I had pre-booked 1 room for 3 adults from booking.com which the attendant refused to honor. Even before my travel I had tried to contact the property many times to double check my bookings, but no one picked up the call. I had then no options left but to go out and find some other accommodations in haste. This place is very unsafe and must be avoided if you are traveling with your family. This guest house should be removed from all sites.

Who the hell gave them good stars. Ridiculous staff. No manners. fully refused to checkin even though I had prepaid booking. Fully unprofessional.

highly unprofessional behaviour of staff. Online rooms are available but in reality it's not. Don't fall for their traps.
