Hotel plaza

Very Rude behaviour of the receptionist. Strongly recommend for people who wants to pay and get harrassed, misbehaved upon.

Went there last week only. The rooms are very small, with no proper facilities. In AC rooms AC doesn't work properly. They actually kept a fully drenched doormat in our room. If you are scared of insects, then this hotel is a big no-no for you because there are lizards in almost all the rooms. In room no. 102, there were 4 lizards, and 2 in 203 and 202. Think before you go there.

A fabulous time I spent a month ago.when you think for visit to mayapur please stay inthis hotel.the staff are very polite and well mannered.

Moderate hotel. If you are drained with all options in finding hotels at Mayapur then you can choose PLAZA. They are just opposite of Mayapur petrol pump which is good if you have a car. My experience is so so. Their rooms are over priced I know it before booking but I booked as I have no other options. I planned the tour just 1 day before I went to Mayapur. In that regard they saved me by allotting a room in short period of time. As there are no hotels are available at Mayapur on 25th of December.

Horrible !!!! Hotel is always dirty. Owner and manager unable to manage their own staff. Bedding was dirty. Fans in almost all the rooms are not working properly. Very poor toilet. No toiletries supplied and even no towels. No bills provided although the reception has collected the total tariff in advance. They will not tell the room rent with gst. At the time of checkout when you will ask for bill they will say you have to pay extra gst to get the bill. No maintenance. Don't stay in this hotel if you are visiting Mayapur. Horrible experience.

Had there been a negative star I would had given so. the AC are not working rather better to say it acted as blower. Beds were such that it might break down anytime. And most horrible thing is the beds are placed in such a way that as soon as you step into the room you have to get up in the bed and just adjacent to it are the bathrooms.The bathrooms are stinky without any exhaust. The windows of the room starts inside the bathroom. There is no water at the middle of night and you wont find anyone to start the motor. Probably it was just a horror to stay in this hotel for 2 days.

Worst hotel. Small dirty rooms. Ill behaved staff. Charge extra for everything. Even charged Rs. 500 extra for switching on the ac when I had already paid for an ac room. The 1 star I have given is because fewer than 1 is not permissible. Better stay in the guesthouses of Iskcon. They are way better.

Average hotel and poor hotel policies. Pros: Just beside the main road, a few parking slots, and new construction. Cons: Small rooms & bathrooms with high rate, tiles on room wall is a very bad idea, no standard hotel like setup for room service, no table chairs in the rooms (we had to ask for these basic needs to have in the room), and more. It may be okay for a temporary shelter. IMPORTANT: Don't pay the hotel much in advance as they don't refund anything on booking-cancellation or change in the tour plan.
