KUKUBURU HILL RESORT

Location of Kukuburu hill was excellent. Room and bathroom was neat and clean.The behaviour of the staff was very helpful and co-operative. The food quality was also good. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the trip. The car service was also very good.

The Hotel staff was very uncooperative. This is a homestay and no market or restaurant available outside this homestay. They serve lunch at 3 PM and dinner at 11 pm . Room was very decent, no furniture & Modern amenities present except bed they charge for only Room 3000. Don't stay there, and don't waste your valuable money.

Location and service of Kukuburu hill resort was awesome. I love the place and the environment, the view was top class. Love it. All of the staff were hospitable, food was also very good, I have only complain about their rooms. Rooms were clean but double bed rooms were too small. Otherwise all r good in this resort

Checked out of this hotel on 25th December '24 after staying there for 2 nights. A few points worth mentioning: 1. There is ample open space, so parking space and playing outdoors is not an issue. 2. In our room, there were Civet cats (bhaam biral) on the false ceiling, and they kept on squeaking and jumping at the nights. But it was manageable to sleep pretty peacefully. 3. Staff attitude and behaviour was the worst that I have seen. I have been to many places throughout the country, but no hotel staffs could match the arrogance that these guys have. Their sarcastic way of speech is a very big turn-off, especially one to mention is Mr. Bijay. His behaviour made me mistake him as the owner of the resort. 4. Food quality is pretty average and their kitchen staff even goes to an extent to serve that they served 2 plates for our 3 persons, and even after requesting for another plate they didn't bother to give, and we had to silently manage on those 2 plates only. SO PLEASE, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS RESORT BECAUSE ATTITUDE AND ARROGANCE WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME TO CHANGE.

Resort location is very good, open view of hills. Good food quality. Rooms are average with limited amenities.

The natural surroundings are most captivating. It's a wonderful adventure for anyone, young and old.
