THE RATH INNS

I enjoyed my stay at rath inn mandarmani. Beach is just 1 min away from the property. Pool is clean but I think the food quality can improve a bit. Overall services are top notch. The best thing I found about this property is that you will get affordable rooms with all the facilities.

The stay was very nice and pleasant. The staffs are very friendly and the food suits the taste buds very well. The boy Mr. KUSH in the bar is amazing. His service is really appreciable. Overall it was a very happy and joyful stay.

Good hotel ambience and staffs are very cooperative. Food menu can be improved. Buffet arrangements may be improved. Pool water needs more frequent cleaning. Room decore and hygiene is very satisfying. Location is near to Red Crab Beach however Beach Market is but far. Surrounding environment is calm and soothing for nature lovers. Overall experience is awesome.

The room offers value for money specially the non cottage rooms as they are pretty big. The bathroom is also huge and has a bath tub in the rooms on the second floor where I stayed. Had a big balcony facing the pool. Surprisingly with such a big bathroom there is no drainage system and the slope of the floor is such that water gets accumulated in the washroom. The breakfast menu is not that lavish, maybe because it was a weekday, breakfast menu can be improvised. I also had a dinner in the hotel which was good in my opinion

I would have rated 1 star but the rooms were really good and location was very near to beach so I rated 2 star. Pros 1.Rooms were nice, clean and spacious 2. Location was good. 2min walk to the beach. Cons 1. Service The service and behavior of the staffs were extremely rude. Donot provide basic first aid. 2.Food taste of the restaurant was just average. 3.The staffs just create random rules outside the hotel's rulebook to sell their own booze in much higher prices. And whenever you will try to escalate the matter to the higher management they will just claim that they themselves r the managers. So I would suggest to choose some other resorts nearby rather than Rath's Inn. As in the end Service matters. There r multiple other resorts in the exact same location.

Room is very clean & neat.. Stuffs are well behaved. Breakfast quality was not that good and pool water was not fully clean. Food quality and quantity was very good but the price was little high. Overall it was a nice stay and looking forward to visit again

1.They charged Rs 5,000 for villa room . Overpriced as per charges. You can get better facilities at same cost in other hotels. 2. Breakfast buffet is also below par, they only have 2-3 items. Juices are mixed with water. 3.Their pictures shows as the hotel is quite big but this is a very small property. 4. Their Villa rooms have normal curtains heading sunlight straight to your face on bed early at 6 am . 5. Their Kitchen is almost out of stock on every item. You are left with limited options to eat. 6. The nearby beach has no options at evening looks like lonely beach with no lights and vendors to eat. Only stalls available are too overpriced.

Hello everyone, Wanted to share my horrible experience for my recent stay at the Rath inns Mandarmani on 6 .4.25..Everyyear once or twice we go to Mandarmani and stay at Anutri beach resort (mostly)and Sana Beach resort but never had such experience..the only thing good at Rath inns was the premises were clean.other than that everything was not at all up to the mark. Rooms were spacious but bedsheet pillowcover and comforters were neither very fresh and clean nor new.. the balcony door lock did work not only in our room but other rooms also as we came to know from other guests.which is very unsafe for kids.. The food was very distasteful as it lacked the basic salt level of food..Salt was too low..Food farrrrrrr better in Anutri. Now the most important part.we had booked 2 rooms for 3 adult 1 child..one room was nearly untouched.In one room we opted for room service and had our food. By mistake on one side of the bed we had dropped 2 3 drops of tea on the bedsheet near the sides..During check out they had literally made one of us wait in the room and search for evidences of any damage been done..as if we might try to take away things from the room.never had such experience in any place and in any hotel..now for that tea marks they had charged us 1000 Rupees for damaging the bedsheet..The receptionist claimed they had provided new bedsheet which was a complete lie..After a lot of argument we had to pay 800 rupees for such..Next the harrasment went to next level when they tried to charge us 2.5% extra for using credit card to settle the food bill and misc..Then again we hd an argument and when we mentioned that nowhere was it mentioned in terms and conditions ,they stepped back..and did not hv to pay the 2.5 %extra..Somehow I felt these are simple schemes to just loot money from customers..On a holiday instead of getting relaxed we got very stressed here..My little child got very scared and was on the verge of crying they made such a situation.so would never recommend such hotel to anyone .request everyone to be very careful before booking this resort ..A complete resort from our side.
