Tarangamala Resort

This resort is one of its kind. Clean rooms, superior service and awesome food in their own restaurant. The location of the resort is the best in town. The view of the waves crashing on the shores is breathtaking from the room balconies. A huge swimming pool with a pretty calm lawn. No loud music and nothing of the glam sham. One of the calmest, serene resort for those who love to spend quality time close to the sea. The jhaubon plantation inside the resort campus is an icing on the cake. In simple words, a resort worth visiting again.

I visited Tarangamala for 4 times for last 2-3 years but every time they left me surprised with their worst behaviour.Last year on Dec 6 I visited with my cousin's while having lunch some of my cousins by mistakenly fell dal and we told the management to clean the bed sheet and after 2-3 hrs we got to see 14-15k was vanished from our bag when we told them to show us the cc footage they denied it by saying cc doesn't work.Again on 18th April 2025 we visited Tarangamala they behaved so rude didn't co-operate with us every single time if we asked something they are ready to quarrel especially those 2 Manager's.They have no civic manners and some of the staffs are also trained like them.This time while check out my brother forgot his bag in the room after 2-3 hrs we the staff cleaned it and locked it while we were going put he realised his bag is not with us then he recalled its in room we called the manager and told him to unlock the room then we got out bag like how can a person can't see a big school bag kept in the chair while cleaning and also the food tastes worst when we complained they said due to rush of Good Friday they are unable to meet expectations while they took order at 8AM and due to that we had our meals outside due to that they didn't gave us room for one day extra as we had sudden plan of staying. There are many cases happened with us I highly recommend not to visit Tarangamala if you want safety and good behaviour.

It's a nice resort, you can enjoy your trip with your family and friends. I liked the sitting place near the sea beach area and also near the pond inside this resort. Service is good and the food is also healthy and tasty.

We are loyal customer of Tarangamala - can not remember how many times we have stayed there since 2007 - it's always the best place for us in Mandarmoni. Pet friendly, awesome food, excellent behavior of manager Mr. Sanjay. Now also added swimming pool in front of New Building.

These people close the hotel main gate in the night. We were staying in Goa Resort, just 5 minutes from this property. It was 15th March 25, and one of our friends who was staying in Tarangamala came to our resort to have dinner with us, with his wife and 2 kids. However, they were late returning to this property...it was about 12 midnight. And these people did not open the gate, so they literally had to climb the wall and enter the resort. The gatekeepers were there, but refused to open the gate.

Room service is very poor. Left Dishes outside are wiping by a street dog for food. When we complain to the owner they are quite aware & arguing that we are told to keep the used dishes inside room. But room service boy will collect the same after 12 hrs. Manager behaviour is poor.

It's unbelievable that stray dogs must have licked the very plate you're eating from now. Every time you leave your plate outside your room after eating, it becomes a standard practice for them to come and feast on the leftovers. If you have even the slightest concern for hygiene, this should be alarming. The risk of catching a disease is just one step away.

My husband and me went for a weekend trip to this resort during Holi. Had a blast and absolutely enjoyed the peaceful and well maintained ambience of the property. Would highly recommend this place for a perfect weekend gateaway to Mandarmani!
