Silver Sand Eco Resort

I had a pathetic experience at Silver Sand Eco Resort due to several issues related to service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality. Poor Room Condition - The rooms were damp, had a bad smell, and were not properly cleaned. This made the stay very uncomfortable. Unhygienic Environment - Cleanliness was not maintained properly, and the overall hygiene of the property was below expectations. Unprofessional Staff Behavior - The staff members were not courteous or helpful. Their attitude was unfriendly, making the stay unpleasant. Food Quality vs. Price - The quality of food did not match the high prices charged. The taste and freshness were disappointing. Overall, the experience was far from what was expected, and I would not recommend this resort to others unless significant improvements are made.

I am currently staying at this absolutely terrible property, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, they charge whatever rates they wish without justification. Second, we checked in before 11:20 AM and were left sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half, repeatedly requesting an update on when our room would be ready. The reception staff, particularly "MEGHA", was extremely rude, responding to every query with an unacceptable attitude. After finally getting our room at 12:40 PM, we had to wait another half an hour for our luggage. We called the reception multiple times--no one bothered to answer. Finally, my mother had to go down to the reception herself, and in the end, we had to carry our own luggage! This place is an absolute disaster. If the staff cannot manage basic hospitality, they should shut the property down instead of making paying customers suffer. The least they could do is watch their tone and behavior while speaking to guests. Never staying here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want their time ruined. We had a very good stay here. Clean rooms, good quality food with hygiene maintained, well behaved staff. They also have a decent sized swimming pool. There are a lot of greeneries around this place. They also have a park where children can play. It is a value for money place. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

It was really really amazing experience here. Was here with my friends, truly enjoyed the hospitality, food was delicious- they have both amazing vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. All the staffs were also very helpful. Thanks for a memorable experience!!

We visited this hotel with family in Holi 2025.This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...AC is broken & not working properly. and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location.... The Food quality is very very bad & price was too high.They don't have sufficient Cup & plates. So I suggest that none of you do go to this property.

Recently we have a tour with our company. Tour was great during our company event. Staff and room service was too good. Lovely place. Love to go another round

Best location, absolutely overlooking the sea. We were booked for 2 double rooms on the first floor which had great view of the huge garden and sea in the horizon. We took our pet dog as well (with prior intimation to the hotel and subject to their approval) and he loved the place too ! Thanks to the property manager we got great home style cooked food for lunch / dinner & regular breakfast and snacks + evening tea.

Worst resort till now.. Service time more than 30 min even if you are order a single water bottle... Rooms are not up to the mark ... Just one line to say " Don't visit this propoerty "
