Sher Bengal Beach Resort

Mr Swapan Bera of Sher Bengal needs a special mention. The hospitality and service that was offered by him was much better than any of the five star hotels in India. He has a pleasing personality and is always available with a smiling face. What we liked about the hotel is allocation of a dedicated staff to us who lookes after all our needs. Mr Swapan Bera was assigned to us. Food was good and they cater to special dietary requirements. One suggestion - The hotel should install elevators immediately as all premium seafacing rooms are in upper floors

A very good luxury property at Mandarmani to stay for few days. Location in terms of beach access and sea view was very good. But only one drawback was that this property is situated a little far from the main Mandarmani market area. It is much more close to Tajpur. So to come here it is better to take Balisai Tajpur road instead of Chawlkhola Mandarmani Road. Only the last few meters of the road to the hotel was not good. There was a huge on-premise parking facility for cars and bikes. The property was kids friendly. So many open spaces for the kids to play were there. Some activities for the kids were also there. Almost all the rooms were having sea view (either side view or front view) except the cottage rooms. There was a clean swimming pool. There was open common space to seat and enjoy sea view. The property was pet friendly. Staffs were very polite, well behaved and always there to help. The better part was for you the hotel was allocating one of their staffs. One can reach to that person for any need. For us Samiran da was allocated. He was such a nice person. He did fulfill all of our requirements during the stay with always a smile in his face. Thank you Samiran da. Apart from the service we got from Samiran da the cleaning staffs were also very good. Every day they approached us for changing bed sheet and towels. They topped up the bathroom kits every day. Now coming to the food. Plenty of food options were there. Although the price was on a little higher side(considering luxury property which is within affordable range) the quantity and quality were very good. If I again visit Mandarmani in future and looking for a luxury stay I will obviously consider this property.

I recently visited Sher Bengal Resort in Mandarmani with my family and friends, and it was an amazing experience! The interior is stunning--stylish and elegant. Our side beach view room was well-decorated and cozy, offering a full view of the river right from the window. The resort also has a games room, which kept us entertained for hours. The outdoor seating area was fantastic, especially at night when it lit up beautifully. The beach is nearby and easily accessible, adding convenience and relaxation to our stay. The staff were cooperative, helpful, and polite, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The restaurant served delicious food with excellent quality--every meal was lip-smacking! The swimming pool was another highlight, adding fun and excitement to our trip. Overall, Sher Bengal Resort is a perfect getaway with great amenities, tasty food, and a serene beachside location. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a memorable stay!

Stayed in cottage rooms. Rooms are good for the price. Spacious. Service is good but needs improvement regarding timing. Food quality is good. Swimming pool is nice and clean. Beachside cafe is there. Location just next to beach for away from mandarmani market.

Fantastic experience in two days stay with family. Service provider all are excellent, Mr Swapan was simply outstanding to provide service to the boarders. Me & my family enjoyed this trip & hope to stay again in future. Evening DJ party was really make a difference from others . Nice food, Nice swimming pool. Evening ambience was really amazing .

It was a nice experience in this beach resort.Specially the attitude and behaviour of the staff was so good that we are satisfied with our trip. So, I want to thank the whole team of sher Bengal beach resort for cooperating with us in such a nice way , especially the staff that has helped us all over in our trip was samiran nayak . Thank you

We spent a couple of days there. The stay was very comfortable. Location of the resort is beautiful... just adjacent to the sea beach. Room Service was the best part. Sh Dibas Das took care as and when asked for.. Quality of food is excellent. Cost of food seems to be a bit on higher side but is acceptable considering the site. Swimming pool is well maintained. We observed circulation of water and periodical cleaning. Rooms are good. We stayed at room no 301 and 302. Bathrooms are spacious enough but there are scopes of improvement (particularly illumination and fixtures) and that's the only bit of cons to say.

All are good, food, location and specially service. All are excellent. Ambience is peaceful. Pet friendly. Special mention is Samiran who virtually didn't sleep to serve us. Always available to serve. Returning back to this resort may be one of the reason is service. Thanks to the whole team.
