I had a great time here with my family. We booked for 2 rooms for 2 days. very much friendly environment and have a children play ground where my child had a great fun. All the stuffs are very much friendly and helpful. The pool is a extra bonus where you can enjoy with family. Wish to visit again.

This is a decent hotel. Little overpriced. Food is average. Service is okay. However, the management is terrible. In my next room people were shouting with loud music and banging doors till 3 AM in the morning. The management was informed twice. All they did was send a security person to request for stopping, on which those rowdy bastards didn't stop. Overall, the crowd is cheap, uncivilized , and low lives. Expecting decency or manners from them is a fantasy.

Pet friendly, family friendly & couple friendly You can enjoy a drink by the pool, in the lawn etc... however, you would need to pay a corkage. This doesn't apply for drinks in the room The shop just opposite the hotel stocks everything you need for a good party

I stayed in the cottage with family. Pros: Pet friendly Beautiful views Good breakfast Cons: Services are not up to the mark. Rooms are not clean, and even if room service comes, their mops are dirty, and it again fill the room with dirt after cleaning. Rooms are full of mosquitoes, and bathrooms are not proper Food is not tasty. Quantity is less. They even gave a rotten dish, which we complained about, but they did not take return. Limited supply of towels and other things. They charged extra without informing us.

Not value for money. No sea view. Everything is chargeable,lots of Restrictions. Complimentary breakfast is not upto the mark.

Environment of the resort (samudra villa) is good.. and love the food

I had very good experience....Staffs are very very good and helpful....foods were amazing resort was jst wow as I did enjoy... everything was perfect.......one should go for this.....n beach behind resort just wow

Positives: The resort's ambience is absolutely amazing. The service of the staffs are excellent. Although they forget to send half of the things for which they need reminders. Pool and bar service is great. Resort is quite and not noisy except for pool hours. Neat and clean altogether. Negatives: If you are expecting traditional Bengali taste then they might shock you with their cooking style. Do not switch the AC on and open the balcony door as your room might be flooded with water. Breakfast options are very limited according to the amount of money they charge for the rooms. The hotel is 1hr drive from Chowlkhola and there are literally no roads paved. Expect good offroading.
