Resort Garden Retreat

The property location is good. Though we did not stay in sea facing room. Easily accessible beach. Rooms are clean. Staffs have good behaviour. Room tariff is budget friendly.

I request Google to please add something less than 1 Star, because this resort deserves that. I recently visited there and had a pathetic experience. I booked a cottage bt there was a big frog in the bathroom, pillow covers were torned, bedsheet have stains, later on they changed it bt they didn't gave me cottage instead they gave me a normal room saying that it costs the same. In that room they didn't provided towel, shampoo soap. Bathroom was not clean , bucket and Mug there were dirty. At the time of checkout they didn't even provided me the bill of that room.. I suggest please don't visit here..

They have two hotel, one is on beach side one is not , Both are just opposite to each other . Beach side hotel has newly built modern rooms which are very good.

Rooms are good and reasonable. The food system is a little problematic as you have to order 2-3 hr in advance whatever you want to have. Even then, they are a little slow on service. Except that, the location is good and the prices are also justifyable. Beach is just a walk away.

Location is the only Pro. You stay at the center of the Mondarmoni market. However rest of things are terrible: 1. Service: couple of folks are good, but most of people are lazy and not in a mood to serve guests. 2. Food service - guys operating kitchen are just terrible. It felt like they do not want to prepare any food at all. 3. Manager is unfriendly and doesn't have any sort of people management skills. Took extra money randomly for late check-out, while the whole resort was empty, in the name of hotel rules, which was not mentioned anywhere. Didn't provide any breakfast as well.

Rooms are very good, just beside mandarmani beach. We stay here everytime we visit mandarmani.
