The rooms were spacious and clean, with the added advantage of a balcony. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The location is highly convenient--just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Room service was prompt and efficient. The highlight of our stay, however, was the food. It seems there has been a positive change, possibly a new chef or cook, as the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. For instance, a plate of Pomfret Masala with two medium-sized pieces was just Rs. 220/-. Other dishes were equally tasty and satisfying. Just make sure to inform them in advance if you'd like to have crab, prawns, or pomfret, so they can arrange it fresh for you.

The Oyezterbay Hotel & Resort is mostly easy to reach, though a short auto or toto ride (15-20 minutes) is required from the bus stand. Check-in Process and Ambiance: The check-in process was seamless, and while the ambiance and decor were adequate, they didn't particularly stand out. Room: We stayed in a triple-sharing room, which was clean overall. However, the mirror was old and dirty, and the bathroom lacked a functional lock from the inside, which was inconvenient. Facilities and Dining: The hotel features a pool, which was nice. The food was mediocre but acceptable, and the room service was polite and efficient. Service: The staff's behavior was mostly good, and they were responsive to requests, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall Experience: The experience was not bad, and I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly trip.

One of the best and most reasonable resort in Mandarmani.. beach is just few minutes walking distance from beach.. rooms are big enough and clean also.. necessary amenities was there, 24*7 running hot and cold water, also you can access their big and clean pool area.. also best for kids and big family .. their enough space to make fun here .. top notch food quality and room service.. must try food from here .. they maintained guest privacy and also Hassel free check in ..

Overall good hotel. Quite satisfied with room and pool. Food was good.

People travelling with family don't book this hotel..we have reached the hotel early morning and hotel gate was closed ... We called many times but after so many calls they answered and they denying to open the gate ..as per them we have to wait at road with family members and babies ..even they can't arrange waiting in reception area..

I had the worst experience over here. Room rent were high in comparison to their services. They neither have WiFi, room service or food facility. We stayed for 2 days over there, but no room cleaning were done by them, when we asked them, in reply they said they were all busy arranging the other rooms as their owner's family would come. What is this kind of behaviour, I just don't get, we paid the same amount they asked for. Not only this every time, in terms of food, we ordered for something, they didn't have that but in menu it was reflecting. Also they don't accept cards in this century. The hotel looks ravishing from outside, claims it to be a 3-Star hotel, I wouldn't give it even a Zero rating!!! Lastly, the man at the reception is rude and ill-behaved person. Don't waste your time and money over here!!

Rooms were average but clean. Service was very bad as we had booked one room and they gave us complimentary breakfast but our friend also booked on the same day taking the number from us but the hotel did not provide them any complimentary breakfast. They told that those who asks for the breakfast they only provide them. Food price was too much high. They scammed with my friends. We stayed together but they did not provide them with any complimentary breakfast. Please kindly asks before booking the property foor those who will travel and stay there in future.

Stayed 2-3days ago....119 &120 room.Food quality ok,Room service and Staff behaviour satisfactory.We went in peak holidays,so price was little high,we got a 2 person room for 2062.Pool is excellent,hotel food is slightly overpriced but quality good.Overall compare to the price,the hotel is Good and u can stay. But remember book for early check-in if u come early morning before 11am,they charge 672 for early check-in
