Mandarmani Kiss of Sea Resort

The service staffs are all very unprofessional. The rooms are tiny almost feels claustrophobic compared to other places at this price point. 4000 for 2 bed and 5000 for 4 bed, on a weekday. Although mentioned Sea View Rooms, both of our assigned rooms didn't have any sea view from room. The service staff are very unprofessional. This place has many rules & conditions to everything. (1) They serve you snacks at deck but not dinner. (2) The pool remains closed from 2pm to 5pm for no reason, mind you they say it's for maintenance but they don't do any. We had booked for two days but we cancelled the booking for the 2nd day cause of the service. The owner was reasonable and polite though. He accepted our request to cancel the booking, tried to solve our problems related to service. If I had to point the positive I would say the food was good, the breakfast buffet was also decent. Owner is also friendly, only if his staff and manager could learn something from him. Also the pool was clean (though tiny), although the bathroom along side the pool was not.

The hotel room was nice and clean, washroom also is well maintained, spacious and clean. The hotel swimming pool is nicely maintained with clean & clear water, swimming costumes are available on rent. The staffs of the hotel were very well behaved and helpful. The hotel is situated right at the sea beach giving an uninterrupted view of the sea. The hotel provides hard drink at Rs 50 extra at its MRP price, which you can have at its lawn enjoying the sea and its cool breeze. Food price is reasonable and food quantity is good though taste wise there is room for improvement. Service is bit slow, it took time to deliver the orders. Overall a good place to spend a relaxing weekend, will give my recommendation and thums up.

Rooms were good, service was spot on but food options and quality were an issue for us..didn't find value to money and worth at all...food quality should be upgraded to keep the pace up with the quality of the rooms and facilities. Anyway, looking forward to going once more to see the improvement done...

I've stayed in Mandarmani before but this hotel made a huge difference this time... Excellent location... Excellent staffs... Excellent rooms... And especially food was delicious. I ordered prawn malai-curry which was phenomenal in taste... I personally recommend this place to everyone and I'll stay here whenever I plan to visit Mandarmani.

The hotel was very beautiful and the location was the show stopper. The room service was also quite good .The toilets were clean. However u might have a problem with the parking area cause it's a bit small. The food was delightful. The behaviour of the hotel staff was also very friendly. Our furry friends are welcomed with a warm heart

The only slight drawback is the parking space, which may be a challenge if you're traveling with a full-sized SUV. All in all, Kiss of the Sea provides a delightful stay, especially for pet parents, offering both comfort and a perfect blend of nature's tranquility.

One of the best resorts in Mandarmami. The resort is located right at the beach. The rooms have great views. The food is equally good with lots of variety. The staff is very courteous and service is impeccable.

Dear team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Kiss of Sea, Mandarmani. - The buffet service was extremely poor. It started at 9:30 PM, but there was a shortage of items by 10:10 PM. We had to wait for 30 minutes before the missing items were replenished. It appeared that the staff was more focused on saving money rather than providing quality service. - Additionally, I was appalled to find several caterpillars in my room, which was highly unsatisfactory and concerning. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the quality of service and cleanliness to ensure a better experience for future guests.
