This is absolutely Fraud Hotel.. Don't pay not a single money..I also suffered.

Great location. Room service is very good. Food is good. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are quite big. You can easily get down to the sea. In the evening, you can sit under the hut and eat snacks. The atmosphere at night is wonderful. A house in a great location for a weekend or two. Hospitality is very good. Good luck to them.

First of all, the view from this property is one of the best and make sure you visit the terrace, the view from the terrace is awesome! Now let's talk about the rooms, see the thing is the 2nd floor is under construction rooms on the 1st floor are small but have sea-facing balconies(small), in my opinion, these rooms need a little bit of cleaning. But rooms on the ground floor are spacious and clean. The bathroom is nice and most importantly water pressure is superb. The room service is decent, people are friendly and available. Now the security aspect of the property, yes this property has CCTV so security won't be an issue. The food is also very decent and the prices are okay. Room prices (AC 1700 - 2200) make sure to ask for some discount Overall I liked the resort. Go for the ground floor rooms if you are planning for a recent visit. And yes for all my colorful friends the liquor shop is just in front of the hotel.

Rooms are in the worst of conditions. Never ever book for the deluxe room, is the worst among all. Leaking toilet flush and cockroaches all around the room. The one who mobs the floor and clean toilets, is the same one to change the bedsheets for you. Totally unhygienic. For more look the photos uploaded. Worst response from the manager. No sign of apologies from the manager and the so called owner too. Worst ever experience. #Non-responsive!! #unhygienic

I recently hosted a conference at The Royal Hotel & Resort and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail from the staff. The conference facilities were top-notch and the catering was delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel for future events

THIS IS FRAUD... There is a phone number given but when you call, the owner will speak with you and will tell you that every kind of room is available and will ask to make an advance for booking. But when you will send money he will tell you that he has not received it and will again tell you to transfer money. Dont fall in this trap he just steals the money and nothing will be booked and the total advanced money will be lost. Be careful.
