Pros Seafront setting: The hotel sits right on the beach--waking up to the sound of waves was lovely. Kid-friendly park: A small playground keeps little ones entertained. Swimming pool: Decently maintained and perfect for a quick dip. Complimentary beer refrigeration: Free cold storage for your own drinks is a nice touch. But no fridge available in room you have to go hotels kitchen to submit your drinks --- Cons Room cleanliness: Housekeeping took over 24 hours to clean my room--unacceptable at 5,000 per night. No basic refreshments: No included breakfast or even a complimentary tea/coffee setup in-room. Not even provide handwash and shopes in bathroom Slow food service: Room service deliveries took more than an hour. Bare-bones ambience No bar or on-site liquor: You'll need to hire an auto and go to the market for any drinks. For seating they provide poor old plastic chairs and tables --- Tip Book your stay online in advance--I arrived without a reservation and found most Mandarmani hotels already full. Overall The location and facilities hint at a great beach getaway, but subpar service and a lack of basic inclusions made this feel like a 1,000 room at best. Unless the hotel addresses its service gaps, I can't recommend it at the current rate.

we booked this hotel for a sudden weekend trip for a family group of 20 people - 6 kids and 14 adults. we booked a total of u rooms. ||we were initially a little skeptical since this hotel dis not show up in the Google maps. However, a little research on youtube and web made it clear that this was earlier a different hotel now after new management it is called my fair.||the hotel is located almost at the beginning of Mandarmani sea facing line of hotels - a little on the quieter side||we got clear and precise location details of the hotel when we contacted them on the day of our arrival. ||To our pleasant surprise we were alloted 2 quadruple rooms and 3 premium rooms on the second floor - all sea facing. |as per our booking the rest 2 rooms were in the cottages.||Very warm reception, good welcome drink on arrival, large parking space and a very big lobby||Rooms - 3 bedded rooms and quadruple rooms on the second floor had nice sea view, good ac, a little worn down bathrooms but clean and fully functional.||for a below 2.5k it was pleasant to see toiletries, 3 towels in each room (very thoughtful for a beach side hotel), good room service, decent ac - though individual remotes a miss, nice 32 inch tvs, clean bed linen, bisleri water bottles 4 each,||one gesture that I will remember is that when we returned after dinner we saw that room service had kept water bottles outside each room since people need additional water at night. very thoughtful gesture.||special mention: extremely professional and cooperating staff Mr. Das the manager I felt along with his team was exceptional.||The food quality is very good at a very well laid dining hall. Crab masala, the mixed fried rice and also posto are a special mention||very clean swimming pool with provisions for a kids pool.||overall a very nice place to stay that perfectly ticks all parameters when you want to judge a mid budget hotel.

Awesome and reasonable place to stay. Rooms are bid with a beach view and easy access to the beach. Also staff is very cooperative. I would personally thank Tapas for all the arrangements done. We truly enjoyed your stay at Nilkanth

Surroundings environment such as extreme bed smell is something punishment to visitors. Six bed rooms are worst in it's category. Many more things are there ????

The rooms are big clean and nice with reasonable price. Its good for family stay with no disturbance. Everything is good. They can provide for local sightseeing contact also. Only one thing i found misleading is the location on map. It is actually located 100m before Sagarika Home Stay between A1 Beach Resort and Sagarika Homestay.

We stayed at My Fair Beach Resort last weekend. It is a very good property. They have both rooms and cottages. We preferred a room as we got a sea view and a whole property look from the balcony. They have a restaurant as well. The food quality is very good. They follow the cooking process like we do at home. They also have a swimming pool and a small park for children. If you are coming with your family and children, both adults and children will enjoy the stay. We are very much satisfied with our stay. The staff behavior is good.
