The service of this hotel is the worst service I have ever experienced. The behaviour of the Manager of this hotel is very bad. They don't provide us with electricity service very well. They told us to adjust with candle light . Even they do not compensate with the room price . I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel .

Bad behavior and also security issues in hotel room.. Unwanted person is distrub at midnight. Also privacy issue in the room.. Please dont book this hotel..

We stayed here in October 2023. The hotel's location was awesome, just 500m from the beach. The food quality was not so good, rather average. The swimming pool was enjoyable with DJ music in the evening. However, the charge was costly because of the location. The room they provided us was not good, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, WiFi was available, but you have to ask for it. Overall, I would say this hotel was average.

This is one of the WORST hotels of mandarmani. It can not be called as a resort at all. The property is ZERO maintained and its shabby and dirty as ever and the toilets aren't clean. Most Importantly, The DO NOT provide basic amenities like toiletries, towel etc. There is no morning tea for you unless you ask them to give. They give half the quantity of complementary breakfast and only if you enquire, they will give the rest. For example : If you opt for Bread Toast , they will only give you four slices of bread and the 02 boiled eggs that were supposed to be included are found to be missing. They tend to steal your complementary meal.The manager is a creepy person and is reluctant to help you in any way The service is HORRIBLE. There is no Lift. You will have to walk up to the super deluxe room at 3rd floor. No proper door locks. Zero safety. The balcony doors have no lock. The bedsheets and pillow covers aren't clean. There is no place to Sit in the garden area. They do not provide you with Tea or water in room. You will have to buy every drop of water. WORST PART IS THE HIGH PRICE OF ROOMS. UNJUST PRICING IS A BIG DEAL BREAKER. DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. IF YO DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR TRIP. TRUST MY WORDS. Their booking office is extremely fraudulant. There is a lady who will promise you with extra discount but at the time of checkout they will charge you extra and deny about giving any offers. If you at all happen to stay here, do keep all call recordings of each conversation with these hotel people.

5 for food. I just wanted to mention that early. Overall I had a fun time there. I stayed here for two days. My experience: (pros and cons) Cons: 1. Room condition was below average. 2. AC wasn't chilled and wasn't working properly 3. Bathtub was damaged and wasn't fully functional 4. Room windows weren't cleaned 5. Room service wasn't good 6. Room service phone at the room was dead 7. Need more staff. All the staffs were very helpful. But they can't keep up with the number of guests. Management needs to hire more staff Pros: 1. Food quality is very good, I mean VERY good.

The rooms are ok , adjacent to the beach but there is hardly 2-3 shacks around the beach as it's located at the end of mandarmani. The food is good , and the staff is awesome, that's the best part of the resort and having a pool is the USP of the resort. Travelled with Family of 10 and the stay was absolutely pleasant . Again to mention staffs were really friendly and was very co operative.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. They provided us with unfurnished rooms and the food was very bad. Wouldn't recommend to anyone absolutely hate it. The ac wasn't working, the doors were practically broken and were just taped down, the housekeeping was untrained and didn't even know how to mop the rooms properly, the rooms had spider webs and the washroom door lock wouldn't work as well as the taps were so difficult to use. Oh yes they provided us with torn bedsheets and wouldn't even change them, they took 5hrs to clean out the plates in which we ate! Disgusting!!! Waste of money!!

Went to visit on weekend with friends.. Had great fun.. nice location, food quality is great. Second last resort of Mandarmani after that sankarpur is starting.. you can walk upto Mandarmani mohona during low tide.. Beach is full of red crab Rooms could be maintained more properly, light is little less in rooms. Stairs and terrace needs to be cleaned. However view from room is great.. Otherwise overall had a great experience.. One thing which all of us loved is the food quality From lunch, evening snacks,dinner till morning breakfast every item was perfect.. Very helpful staff, nice behavior as well..
