BENGAL RETREAT HOTEL AND RESORT

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room were big. Need to improve bathroom quality a bit. Food was tasty. Swimming pool was big and well maintained. Location is perfect, just right on the beach. Overall it is one of the best I can say.

Worst experience ever. Rude behaviour of every staff, no service available after 11P.M, not even water. Bathroom equipment doesn't work. Has but of no use, Room 204 has 2 AC but guest will get only 1. Bedsheets have holes like stars in the sky. Mosquitos, spiders & other insects will be your guest.

Swimming Pool is very nice. Staff service and behaviour is very good. I visited this place 8th February 2025. There is common balcony. There is one Suit room available (sea view). Sea view sitting place available for evening party. Food quality and quantity is very good. Taste is very nice. Parking place is available in hotel area.

The staffs are very helpful. The rooms are also fine. You can enjoy the view of the sea very well from the resort. But I noticed smell of fish near sea which was not ok.

Very unhyginic room and bathroom. Cockroaches fly at night in the room,termind scorpion in the bathroom, room full of dirt, dorty bedsheet, AC not working, Food is good, hotel passege and pool are good. So not recommanded for anyone to stay.

There hospitality and the specially their food quality is the USP, and the view of the hotel lone awesome.and they know how to handle family, bachelors, and hangout buddy's...

The poor behavior of the hotel staff overshadows its beauty, making it an unbearable place to stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Except position every thing is big Zero....Food quality, service, cleanliness are totally worst quality.... always foul smell comes from bathroom.. in spite of giving proper facilities room tariff is too much high comparing to other hotels and resort in Mandarmani....will never recomend to go there..
