Balukona Beach Resort - Mandarmani

Rooms are good Food is ok Service of restaurant is ok Only mood spoil by Non Co- operative Reception staff. They are not well behaved ,They not want to make you happy in any terms . We had directly booked over phone, but some verbally confirmation & chat over whatsapp had spoiled our trip . If you are going to book it directly then double confirm your booking written in their advance booking slip with free breakfast, extra matress for kids, check out time , drivers accommodation charges etc

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was a complete letdown. The room was dirty when I arrived -- hair on the sheets and stains on the carpet. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for a room change. The AC barely worked, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was spotty at best, and the "free breakfast" was just stale pastries and cold coffee. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I won't be coming.

At first, the hotel owner was not right.The behavior of the hotel staff is very bad, very bad behavior.The food in the hotel is very expensive, the food doesn't taste very good, and the hotel room's air conditioning is not good.What's worse is that when we complained, they didn't come to fix it, but instead treated us badly. We asked them to reduce the amount, but the amount didn't decrease a bit.Now, what was the reason for booking the room? Didi told me that the room was not at all worth the money. In the end, we were unable to afford it and were forced to take another hotel.Please do not go to this hotel. There are many other hotels, contact them. They are much better than this hotel.

The behavior of the Balukna manager is very bad and they did not give us the room that was supposed to be given to us. We booked one room and they gave us another room and they treated us very badly because the entire hotel was booked. Because they had other clients and the washroom they gave us had a bad water system in the washroom, and the AC was completely bad. We told them that they told us to check out on the condition that they took the full payment from us as usual and treated us very badly.

Very much disappointed about hotel reception person who was the sitting over there, attitude was very negative, way of talking very rude, don't know about greeting to guest, even not at all polite. Very much I was shocked when my International visa Card was not accepted.! Now About room amenities we are always asking to clean, coffee ect. even booking.com is mentions including breakfast, but in breakfast they was served only toast and puri sabji along with one egg, no coffee !omg wt the Reduculass breakfast they offered! We was booked from 25 to 28 December, 2024 but we left away one day before due to so called hospitality. Even when I was in reception for clams our final bills on 27th December, 2024 that reception fellow (sanjeev/sanjay/shamal) was given me order that i could not leave the property. He was never bothered reason behind why we leave, before 28th December 2024. He was so rude and make rude voices and angry eyes contact and given me command that i must be bound to stay there with poor hospitality.

Excellent Environment to refresh yourself with family and friends. Superb Food Quality and service. All staffs are very helpful

Firstly I can say I felt disappointed with their communication and how they changed their commitment within a day. Firstly I had a talk with them both in call and WhatsApp regarding our stays in March, everything was provided and I told them not to provide ground floor. So they gave rate like 1600/day included breakfast. I was okay with it. Next day I thought about confirming with token amount, so I called them. Then the person who was there over the phone was rude and told it's only the ground floor we will get with this amount. Other than ground floor price is 2400/day, and he also said he thought the dates were on Feb, though I clearly mentioned them in WhatsApp and over phone checkin and check out dates are on March and just disconnect the call to hide their mistakes. My suggestion is like before confirming in these type of resorts where the hotel SPOC is losing their commitment , pls be aware and better to checkin in with some different hotels in Mandarmani who are committed to good service to customer.

Awesome room, staffs are very friendly, food was very good and the quantity of food was more. Overall it was great experience with Balukona Beach Resort. I must recommend this resort
