We booked two rooms in the hotel. We paid 20% in advance to one of the hotel brokers. When we reached the hotel, we found out that all the rooms were occupied and they could not provide us the rooms. After some heated argument they made some calls and provided a triple bed room for 6 adults in a nearby 5 star property. Please book from website before going to the hotel or ask for payment receipt if you pay some broker online.

Pathetic service of hotel staff, tried to forge the bill by adding extra food items, unclean room, door handle broken, bathroom door handle broken, unclean pool. Inspite of telling several times, staffs didn't care to respond!
Resort is very nice,staffs are very helpful and prominent in giving service..Food was delicious .Our anniversary arrangements are excellent....
