Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I had a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. The only positive aspect was its convenient location, but everything else was a complete disaster. The room was in a terrible condition - peeling walls, damp patches, dirty and broken furniture, and a general sense of neglect everywhere. The bathroom was unhygienic, with stains, a poorly maintained toilet, and fixtures that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of proper security. The door seemed weak and poorly fitted, and the lock did not feel reliable. There were exposed wires and broken fittings, which made the place feel unsafe, especially for solo travelers or families. On top of all this, the room price was unjustifiably high given the miserable conditions. This place offers zero value for the money they charge. I would strongly recommend others to avoid this hotel and look for better and safer accommodations nearby.

The service her is literally the worst. The rooms are not like in the photos, the bathrooms are dirty. But the thing that's worse than that is the service over here, they will force you to order from their restaurant, they asked us around 6pm if we wanted to order for dinner but later on we decided to eat in the hotel's restaurant, then they said that they cannot provide dinner to us because we denied it before. The staffs are also very impolite and rude.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the worst experiences ever. The staff really need to learn to treat their customers as a customer.

We had a great time at this resort! The food was also well! Our room was fantastic with a balcony that offered amazing and stunning views. But the best part here was the staffs and their behavior. The staffs were very - respectful, friendly, kind-hearted and provided quick service. Overall, our stay was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with family here. We'll be back again, In sha Allah

Nice hotel. It has a walking distance to the sea. Rooms are clean and beautiful and weather and climates are very pleasant.

The place is really very beautiful. The staffs are very friendly and the service is very nice . Thier food is really very delicious and tasty .All types of food facilities are there.If we take our personal car they will wash it also .

This was my fourth stay at the resort.I am extremely happy with the SERVICE(maintained well) and FOOD(economical and huge quantity).The hotel is absolutely close to the beach and has every facilty i required. The best part of the resort is it has two categories The Cottages and the standard room categories.Both are value for money. Hygiene is good,the POOL is one such example of that.The supervisors are always taking care of it to maintain the standard.A special mention on Mr.Pankaj(manager)who takes care of the smallest of need for their guest.I highly recommend the resort.My parents and my friends loved it!

Overall a very bad experience we had (given the money we paid). The wardrobe in our room had the handlebar broken, the washroom was not clean enough, the water flow from the tap of the wash basin was extremely poor, the AC remote was not always functional because of battery issues! And while all the staff were good and polite enough, they took more than 50 minutes to deliver our dinner! And yes, we didn't have a geyser in the bathroom and an electric kettle in our room even after paying 3943/day, including dinner and breakfast. At most, the rooms are worth 1500-2000. Otherwise, it's too overpriced. But yes, the location is good and overall it's a decent property. If the rooms are available within 2k, it's a good resort.

It was a mixed experience staying here. Pros: 1. Location is good 2. The beach is very much accessible 3. Room service with restaurant is available 4. No of the rooms are a lot 5. Chilling huts are available 6. They provide relaxing couches facing sea beach 7. Room rent is lower 8. They provide early check in, if available 9. The pool is in good condition with a baby pool available 10. Staff behaviour is good 11. Spacious resort, kids playzone available. Cons : 1. Service is too slow, it is visible that they have outrun in manpower to manage if all the rooms are booked 2. Food quality is not up to the mark as price 3. Food in the room is allowed but they are so slow that you have to carry the food yourself to save time 4. Room conditions are not up to the mark as they are priced Overall a good and mixed experience one can get here... One should go with friend or family to spend quality time with all the luxury available here....
