Aqua Blue Resort Mandarmani (Best Family Resort)

Location: Not Sea View but very near to sea. Rooms: May be the cottages are better. But the normal rooms are so-so, nothing extraordinary. Service: Delayed. Had to follow-up couple of times to get food. Internal Coordination: During breakfast, they wouldn't keep track of whether or you booking already has breakfast included. Instead they forced us to check at reception. Billing: BEWARE!!!!... PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BILL BEFORE PAYING. They clubbed some other room's food bill along with ours. Lucky us, noticed it and saved around 1000 bucks. Parking: The primary parking is not in the premises. Instead some other property which is next to this one. I don't count it as negative since that parking (limited numbers) is covered. But I am not sure if they have any separate security guard or any monitor there. At least I did not find any. Pool: Pool is good. Music is good. Cleanliness: It's clean overall, but I feel they should put little more attention to the corridors. I see some liked their service. May be they stayed in cottages. But if you are unlucky and the cottages are sold out then, think twice.

Rooms are fabulous swimming pool is good but the is no one to look after.Room service is very poor. There was scarcity of food during complimentary breakfast. Payment food does well on time and taste good. During off hours there is no one to look after reception even. Cleanliness staff don't entertain much during rush days.

The hotel has exceeded our expectations. My husband and I booked this resort for our short holiday for Holi and we absolutely loved staying here. The cottage room Superior Deluxe is huge and clean . The washroom is big and clean and the room has a sofa and a tea table The location is also good. The ocean is 1minute walk. The restaurant is also good the food is tasty. They serve hot and fresh food. Overall excellent service.

Cleanliness & Facilities: The resort is clean, with good housekeeping. The pool is well-maintained and safe for kids, which we really appreciated. Food & Service: Breakfast is complimentary, though the options are limited. Food quality is good and reasonably priced. We were especially impressed by their willingness to take special cooking instructions for our little one. A Few Suggestions for Improvement: 1 Play Area: Adding a small park for kids would make the resort more family-friendly, especially since nearby resorts with similar pricing already offer this. 2 Drinking in Public: While we're not against drinking, it would be great if they discouraged open drinking in areas where kids play. 3 Noise Levels: Loud music in the afternoons and late at night disturbed my child's sleep. This is something they should address for a more relaxing stay. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this resort to family and friends--especially if they address the suggestions above! Perfect for a weekend getaway, just a bit of tweaking needed to make it ideal for families with young kids.

Hi, hope you are doing well. Our experience wasn't as we expected. My friend's foot got cut and it was bledding because something sharp was there in the pool. 2nd thing the room provided to us it wasn't properly cleaned and hand shower wasn't working. We complaint several times then after few hours we were provided with a new room. Talking about the room servicing team one short height bro was there he was really an amazing guy. He was too good to us. Finally we didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. He wasn't that much customer oriented guy. Being a part of hospitality industry I know how a receptionist should engage with the guests. Overall place was good. Hope the concern team will look after the issues we faced. Hope to visit again soon.

I know it will not turn any thing to this hotel. But in service sector one can't be so lazy. You need to work as team. I don't know what's their intent regarding customer. Hope they will improve.

Awesome place to relax with family or an individual. Property's staff support including guards are superb. In terms of Cleanliness I would rate 5/5. Restaurant food quality is also good but rates are bit high as per my opinion. Overall it's an amazing place chill out.

Service and rooms are good and new. Pool is also cleaned regularly. Things which can be improved : Add parks or play areas and add more amenities like games, etc. Breakfast buffet was good but could be improved a bit more
