Hotel PARADISE Mandarmani Sea Beach

Behaviour of manager is pathetic, does not know what to talk and how to talk. Hotel doesn't have the policy to change your bed cover, towel every day. TV does not work, geyser was also not working. Manager asked to pay extra for using geyser. Location is good, supporting staffs are also good but the so called manager is just horrible. He was shouting on me me when I asked him to open the gate at 5.45 AM because I had to catch a bus in the morning though as per their hotel policy gate was supposed to be opened at 5.30 AM.

The location is quite noisy mostly bcz of all the tourists causing a chaos on the ground floor. We were given a ground floor room just beside the noisy car parking area so we couldn't open the windows on that side. The room had poor ventilation bcz of that. After complaining to makemytrip, manager promised to give an upper floor room but a few hours later the owner came and refused to show us better rooms. Manager and owner both don't even talk to us properly. Kitchen staff/boys were somewhat helpful, manager never listens to his guests.

Food is very testy and fresh, cost effective and staffs are very well behaved. Carry on sudipto.

Good enough place for Bengali cuisine. Don't expect any frill or fancies. People might find it inadequately clean .. still you can consider it as last resort

I went there in winter with friends. Chilled weather made our lava trip very cool. Hotel Paradise is one of the best places in Lava. Magnificent view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and lava monastery is the added advantage of this hotel. We received warm hospitality in such a chilled weather. :)|I recommend all, please go to Lava and enjoy the beauty of nature in Paradise.

Nice hotel with swimming pool.

We were heading towards mandarmani and we decided to eat here and the quality and quantity is the best. The service was also best.
