The Candlewood Park Beach Resort

Room and Toilets were not in liveable condition. The flush and AC were leaking. Room had to be changed for another one. Linen was faded and marked. Professional cleaners and laundry should be used for the upkeep of the hotel. Location and use of deckchairs and tables on the beach front was excellent. Food was good, reasonably priced and the service of catering staff Sukdev was excellent. He was pleasant, helpful and reassuring.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff lacks basic hospitality training and communication skills, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. Their behavior was unprofessional, often coming off as rude and arrogant, as if they were doing guests a favor rather than providing a service. It's clear that the management has not invested in proper staff development. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the staff acted with an overbearing attitude, as if they were in a position of authority rather than hospitality. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful stay. There are far better options available that understand how to treat guests with dignity and professionalism.

Excellent Property Beach Side with private beach access Crystal Clear Large Swimming pool with Bar n food counter. Well maintained room with all modern amenities. The only thing they should improve slightly about their food taste... Food is good but not upto the mark as compared with Property.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience at The Candlewood Park Forestta. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Rooms and overall decor were good, well maintained and clean. They charged approx Rs.4000/- for a room. Rooms were not regularly restocked with tea/coffee sachets, water bottles. They don't give complimentary breakfast. Food was average. Food price is very high. Food quantity and quality is very low. Have food elsewhere stay here. The beach side seating arrangement is perfect to spend time. Overall, it was a nice stay for what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.

Had a great experience. We were travelling with our whole family of 4 people and our pet dog. The hospitality of the place is excellent. We were assigned a personal support staff, Dipanjan who was extremely polite, respectful and responsible. He took care of all our needs right from the beginning. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. All in all it was great. There were minor issues with car parking but nothing to be upset about. Would highly recommend for a nice and comfortable vacation

The best property in Mandarmani in terms of service, amenities, rooms, location, food and everything that a traveller looks for. Had bumped into the owner of the property during a stay and was spellbound to see the humbleness of the owner. He took us around and showed us how beautifully he has built the place according to his choice by getting plants and paintings from the across the world.
