1. Hotel room is not upto the rate shown on the website. The room is of low quality, small, not properly clean and with inadequate staff. For example, we were given 1 soap, 1 towel and water bottles were charged. 2. The bed sheet was torn in 3 places 3. The wash basin was too small 4. Geyser was not working 5. You need to shout so that some staff can come and open the hotel gate for you to go outside 6. Road towards the hotel is not suitable for car 7. Even though the hotel staff did not do any work, they were asking for tips. There is a dedicated tips box over the counter. 8. Reception was dark and unclean - it can be a good hotel for adult film shooting but definitely not for staying with family. 8. They r charging like a 5 star property and the facilities are like 2star or less even Not recommended at all.

Very Clean room, bed, toilet. Excellent all services. Good Communication.
