2/5. You get what you pay for, but I've stayed in better for less, and worse for more, which is the only reason it's not a 1. |Not the quietest, not the cleanest. Walls so thin someone walking barefoot in a neighbouring room sounded like they were in the room with us. My feet went black walking around the room, the bedding had an uncomfortable feeling of being unclean, the bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the wall/missing panel. The room smelt of petrol! Asked for help ordering a taxi as it's next to a dual carriage way with no obvious taxi rank nearby and staff seemed confused by the query. Food was good, but would avoid the meat.... However smoking is allowed so we asked to be moved. Breakfast was lacking - only toasties. Risk of electrocution when plugging anything into the wall, as sockets are hanging off it. WiFi is free but painfully slow. Name is misleading, Itsy doesn't appear anywhere on the building, causing confusion to taxi drivers.

Good staff behavior. Good quality room. Ac tv all amenities are available. Good room for couple. Very good experience

The place is clean nice and amazing , you will have a great time ,the in-house restaurant is great you can order good food . I have stayed in deluxe room , the room was nice and cozy the bathrooms and other utilities were also good, the place has nice wifi and good electricity connections.

Booked this place because it was a treebo property however, it is handed over to a property called Penthouse. The rooms were okay, however the switch boards weren't really working. People at the reception had no clue about the people staying in the property. The food was good. The service was also okay. The location wasn't really appropriate.

Nice hotel. Good manager and staff. We were given a nice deluxe room. Good view from room. Clean lavatory. Restaurant and Bar service available. Good food. Proximity to the highway.

Had a wonderful time and the staffs were very profession and my stay along with the breakfast provided was just amazing. Loved it!
