Extremely disappointing experience! The water in the taps was yellow, which was highly unhygienic and concerning. The room itself was far from clean, with an unkempt appearance. It felt like no effort had been made to maintain basic cleanliness standards. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or safe stay. Definitely not worth the money!"

Most Unethical Management we must say. We booked for staffs to stay through MMT & paid Rs. 5597/- through NetBanking for 20-01-25 to 22-01-25. On the day when went for check in, they said Hotel is full Booked for Wedding Ceremony. They asked for Cancelling the booking ourselves without refund of our own. Is this a procedure of Customer Handling?

Booking confirmed and hotel said it's not book .you don't get the room it's 2300 price. But already it's booked by booking.com at a price of 1200

Good location... The property is good, but very poorly maintained and service is the worst part. I stayed in Room 303 with my parents. Pros: 1. Overall room condition is good. 2. Beds are decent. 3. Food is pretty good. 4. Location is good. Near to main roads, yet not very noisy. There are small departmental stores and medical store nearby to provide for small necessities. Cons : 1. The bathroom didn't have any hanger. 2. The tap and shower dispenses only water from the geyser. The cold water outlet's flow is so low that it is completely insignificant. 3. The service person was completely untrained. He didn't knock while entering room, didn't understand half of the things we asked for. 4. We booked for an extra bed. The service person just dumped the mattress, pillow and bedsheet in the room, didn't help in any ways to prepare the bed. Overall, if you want to stay at Siliguri for 1-2 nights on a low budget, you may choose this. But if you can spend slightly higher, I'll recommend to go for other options. I would have if I knew beforehand.

The hotel is exceptional. A bit further from the highway, though not that inconvenient. The city center is just 2.5km away, another boon. Coming to the hotel, it has parking, so no bothering where to park. The reception staff were helpful, ensuring smooth check-in. The room service quality was good, everything was provided for upon asking. One minor issue was that none of the remotes seem to work, but fixed after calling room service. Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. Highly recommend it to everyone.

This is pathetic hotel. In remote location, do not book this hotel. You will get much better room at far lesser price
